First off, I love the mobile service experience! My appointment was for 9:00 am on Saturday and the technician, Sandro arrived 10 minutes early. He was friendly and professional. He had two cars to tint and was able to setup a tent on our driveway, mini table, easel, and hot air gun all within 15 minutes. Sandro asked all the right questions and after I let him work his magic. I kept checking up on him periodically and he is fast and precise with his Exacto knife. He finished a total of 9 windows (7 on a Lexus and two fronts on a Tesla) in under 3 hours. I would definitely recommend Mobile Tint One to anyone who is looking for convenience, skilled professionals and also a great value. read more

I highly recommend Sandro of mobile tint one because of their customer service. I had issues with my tint install on a total of three windows on two separate occasions. When I contacted Sandro and he immediately reached out to me and came to my home to assess the issues. The first issue we're with scratching on the window film from opening and closing and being only 3 months old he removed and replaced them under warranty. Then a couple months later my windshield had a couple dust particles sandwiched in between the glass and tint. Hey began to spread and form a bubble. Again he came that evening to assess the issues and a couple days later he came back and redid the install. You cannot go wrong with Mobile Tint One because of their excellent customer service! If you need tint on your car this is the best place to go. read more

I got my vehicle tinted by them and liked the convenience of having them come to my house. The actual tint job was pretty good other than several permanent bubbles that appeared several days later. I contacted them right away and the tech came out to get it fixed. A few days later, I noticed more bubbles on my window so I let the owner know. He told me no problem, we'll send out a tech to get it fixed. I really appreciated their effort so I decided to get my wife's car tinted by them. When the tech showed up and I explained to him my concerns. He told me " I refuse service. I don't want to work on your other car. I don't want to show up to fix these problems. This is 99% perfect." You gotta be kidding... But just to tell you what kind of people you're dealing with, I gave the tech cold water out of generosity. He took it without a word and walked away as if I owed him something. I was NEVER rude. He seemed careless. Apparently warranty doesn't mean anything. I've had many tints in the past and never experienced anything like this. I paid over $600 for for their "quality" tint and this is the kind of service I get. I'm sure many people have had good experiences with them. The tech doesn't wear a mask. He does not follow the guidelines. read more

Services were explained after this post and it was purely miscommunication. Problems were resolved after and updated service was never added

This place is awesome! They were able to accommodate me and come do the tint at my job while I was working. Very fast turn around took about 2 1/2 hours and that was with tint removal and front windshield ceramic installation. There work is 10/10 flawless (they even put my oil change sticker back on my windshield). Prices were cheaper then most stores I called so to me this was a no brainer. So if your a busy individual or just want to relax at home and not worry about going out give them a call read more

My only day off is Sunday and no time to take my vehicles to a shop. Decided to try yelp to find a moblie tint company. Requested a quote online and Jessica replied quickly. Found that their prices were reasonable and decided to try them out based on the good reviews. A technician...Sandro stopped by my house to tint 4 vehicles. He started with my wife's BMW (it was late in the day, didn't expect him to finish all of them). We did 40% 3M Crystalline all around and the end results were amazing. Sandro did a professional job, you can see that he takes pride in doing a great job. I highly recommend him to anyone. You gotta love the mobile service! Looking forward to having them come back and start my other vehicles. read more

Excellent work at a fair price. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

I normally do not write reviews but I feel like I have to here. So a few discrepancies and issues occurred on the day of my appointment. 1. My appointment was set at 2PM. I received a last minute phone call and message here on Yelp saying they need to change the time from 2 to 5 PM. It's unfortunate because I took off work for this appointment. If it was set at 5PM I could've gone to work and still made the appointment. Pretty inconvenient but hey COVID is the new hurdle I guess. 2. Speaking of COVID. My technician did not wear a mask. He did not follow state orders. 3. The technician had different information for shades of tint in comparison to the person you talk to here on Yelp. They seem to be on different tint shades or something. I asked for 18% for ceramic here online. Technician said that doesn't exist, only 20%. No big deal. 2%. Same issue do my other vehicle. I asked for 55%, he had 60%. They might need to work on their baseline so they are not offering different options. 4. The technician was just overall unpleasant. He was very rushing and quick to get me out of the way. I get it I bet he wants to get home and not work. But, some simple respect would suffice. I work too, but I'm not rude to the people I work with or people I deal with. Overall my experience was disappointing. I'm looking elsewhere for a tint for my future vehicles. read more

I was a big pain in the ass upfront I will admit. I was price shopping, and asking a ton of stupid questions ( sometimes repeating myself ) and asking about a bunch of different options and combinations. Throughout all of that headache I put them through , there customer service really shined. They answered all my questions, never gave me attitude and at the end of the day gave me the best deal hands down. The technician was on time, clean appearance and friendly. He finished right when he said he would and did not leave any trash behind. I am a detailer by trade and was impressed how clean the inside was after the install. Tint came out great, and I really love the ceramic tint, makes a noticeable difference in the heat. read more

Called to schedule an appointment they told me they would be out today Saturday 9/11 at 1pm. At around 11:30 am I received a call asking if they could reschedule for 5pm I agreed so I sat home. Mobile tint one did a great job with my husbands tint on his truck. I contacted Mobile Tint One using Yelp messaging to get a quote. They were super responsive. Once we had agreed on a price (which was very competitive), they sent out Sandro to do the job on my car. He set up a little tent in my driveway and did a super professional job. I was able to stay home and do chores around the house while Sandro worked on my car. Why didn't I do this before for all my vehicles??? The end result was fantastic, and I didn't even have to leave the house. I would definitely use Mobile Tint One again for my future vehicles. One note about tints: I did lots of research regarding the price to performance and specs of various tints. I decided on 3M Crystalline, and I have to say I love it. It has a grayish tone to it, and is much less distracting than the Suntek CIR that we put on my wife's Mercedes, which has a purple tinge to it. On paper these two window tints are similar, but in real world use there is a significant difference and I have to say the 3M Crystalline is worth the price difference. read more

Great guys to work with! There was a miscommunication with the tint I wanted -- I will note its not a common request -- they were able to mitigate quickly and source what I was looking for. Great job. Showed up early and finished early. They were less expensive than the on site tint companies as well

I was referred by a coworker to have the front two windows of my Jeep JK tinted. Set an appointment quickly and easily and had the work completed. When the tech came, the Santa Ana winds started. He installed anyway after I asked if it would be ok with the dust flying around. Well, after the curing time, a week later I noticed a few spots that did not set and left spots from dirt. 5 stars for coming back out and redoing the job to make sure their quality of work is up to their standards. Love that I did not have to go to a shop and wait. Windows were done while I worked. Thank you for a job well done. read more

Had my windows done. The installer got to my location right on time. He finished within a few hours. The work done was awesome! They would of gotten 5 stars if the person I messaged with gave me the correct quote. She confirmed the tint that I wanted and gave me the price. When the installer came by he said the tint that I want is $100 more. Since I wanted to get the tint done before the weekend I went ahead and had him do the work. All an all I am very pleased with the work. Update 9/6/19 The bubbles that the installer said would come out never did but got worse. Tint had to be removed. read more

These guys are awesome. Sandro came out to tint the windows on the vehicle I just bought. In the process he had to remove the old tint (which was garbage) and before he started he was very thorough in explaining all differences and sun protection of each of the different films that were available to me. Once we decided on a which one he took about two hours or so to tint the whole suv and the end result looks amazing! Now we can cruise around in the shade even on the sunniest of days. Thank you all at Mobile Tint One, especially Sandro:) read more
