Staff here seem to be trained to dislike the customers…read more Tonbridge , Ashford, Chatham and Gillingham have far better staff and stock. Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells branches are staffed by a code of ignorance.

I have used this store twice now when getting a phone and upgrading my existing plan…read more The store located along Fremlin Walk is small, but the few members of staff they have are brilliant. They always go above and beyond to find you the best deal for the best price. They are very friendly and helpful, and when i had a problem two weeks after purchasing my contract, i went back to the shop, and they remembered me and was more than happy to fix the problem. I don't think there range of handsets are probably as good as some other Orange stores, they may be because the stores real tiny, but they have a good choice and if they haven't got the phone you won't will happily get one for you.
