I have recently experienced some technical issues with my device and I went to this shop to fix it. They assured me a screen repair would fix the issue however upon later inspection from apple, this was not the case as it was a hardware issue. They replaced my perfectly good screen with another one when the screen was not the issue. Scamming me. After spending £80 on this screen repair and apple telling me that the screen shouldn't have been replaced as it was not the issue, I communicated to the business how I would like a refund. My emails have been ignored and they have breached the terms of their policy in relation consumer rights act 2015. I will be taking further action and I advice people to stay clear of this business.
