Unnecessary wait for nothing. If they are on break, they should go take a break somewhere else, otherwise it looks like they're just screwing around while the customers are waiting. And as usual, the car has a ton of spots, it's not thoroughly wiped down, I'm watching it and it's just not the same anymore. I know this is hard work, but it is what you do for a business. Even the windshield on the inside it's so bad. This is insane. I am done. I am canceling my membership.

He is so nice and friendly, brought all of his own materials which were top notch quality. We will be calling Donte again and have started to refer him to our neighborhood community. I went through the car wash today, and immediately afterward, I noticed several scratches in the…read morecenter of the hood--some of them quite deep. The photos don't even capture how bad they truly are. I went back right away to speak with the manager. At first, he seemed polite and helpful, but it quickly became clear that he had no real intention of assisting me. Instead of addressing the damage, he kept making excuses, insisting that if the scratches had been caused by their equipment, they would appear in multiple spots. He repeated this over and over, to the point that I finally told him I understood--yet he kept explaining it anyway. I do understand that if a rock or debris was caught in their flaps, it could cause similar scratches throughout the car. However, I have a convertible, so the only large, flat surface is the hood. Despite this, he insisted I go through the wash again, and sure enough, ANOTHER scratch appeared. This time, he claimed it wasn't in the same pattern, repeating his explanation all over again. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed. I love this car and take excellent care of it--it's NEVER even been in the rain because I keep it safely in the garage. I've attached pictures of the incident report and the scratches, but they don't do justice to how bad the damage really is. I think some of it might be buffed out, but unfortunately, many of the scratches are deep in the paint.
