He even replaced the Thermistor with a used one. Needless to say the fridge didn't work. Called the next day to in form him and he returned a few days later with a new Thermistor. The fridge still did not work. So after $700 for parts and labor I get this response from him when I told him the fridge is still not working. "I hate hearing that. It has to be the cooling unit. The better option at this point is by a residential refrigerator to replace the one you have. The Dometic 1350 model you have is very expensive JUNK. " now he no longer responds to phone calls or text from me. Ever feel ripped off? Since you admit to misdiagnosing the issue, shouldn't you make it right with me instead of taking $700 and running? Also if you had came when you said you would, you wouldn't of had to wait.

After complaining to the Corporate Camping World, Tawny at the Tyler, TX location left me a message saying, "I heard that you came to our location and heard some inappropriate music." I she serious? I think it was the people that played the inappropriate music OR did the music play it self right as a we began to speak with a salesperson whom by the way was more interested in our brand new GMC truck because his family owns a car dealership (so he said).

I drove up 69 in Tyler and saw Camping World then a small sign for RV Station and then a large place called something like Blue Compass, I make a u-turn and find the entrance to RV Sration. Understand I'm an older female alone on my RV shopping, I'm greeted with a warm hello and smile by Tom. Tom asked me what I was looking for and I explained what I wanted and how I would be using the RV and off we went to look at what he had on the lot. We looked at several and he listened to what I did and didn't like or need on each one. He was patient with me, let me look at my own pace and never made me feel rushed. When I found the one I wanted the whole buying process was easy and quick. The parts manager, and service manager were a gem, Blake with a double first name took great care to have the rig ready, the tech that did the walk through answered all my questions. After they brought it to the park I realized I needed some additional items. I ran back over and the parts gal fixed me right up with what I needed and a working knowledge of her products. After a night in the RV I had some questions so I called Tom, he said I'll just run by there and see what you need. He showed up, explained things to me with a wealth of kindness and knowledge. My entire experience with these guys and gals has been exceptional from sales, to service, to parts and the tech that did the walk through. Not only did they keep the camper for 7 months without even fixing the issue..they tried to charge them a huge price to put a lift on it. When confronted about the pricing issue they looked again and realized it was actually only half that price. My parents went to pick up the camper with only one thing (out of the 3 they were told about needed done) "fixed". I use the term fixed lightly as the part was put on but they cannot pop their camper up whatsoever. The had 4 middle aged strong guys pop it up at this business to show them it then sent them on their way knowing they'd never be able to pop it up on their own, just the two of them. When my dad called the "boss" had no compassion and is offering no solution. They are now left with a camper that still doesn't work, they cannot go camping which they have waited on for months (they actually had to cancel a trip they already scheduled), and they're out a lot of money for absolutely nothing. I highly do not recommend.

But I told them they are going to do it and I need everyone support especially anyone that's had that to them to back me up.

The dealer said it is our responsibility to repair $15,000 worth of damages and it's never left the lot. We never got keys and they have not responded to any of our requests to resolve this. We are making payments on something we don't possess and have only seen one the trailer one time. We do not want to ruin our credit. We will have to use lawyers to get any results. I have reported to the DMV and AG office. The dealer will not respond to us. I have left VM, email and sent formal letters in the mail. They do NOT care about service at all. Just FYI, majority of their trailers were damaged in that hailstorm so beware when buying. Just know before you purchase.
