They'll disappear in the middle of service every time and still try to charge you for all of the hours they were "working" on your car. If you ask for things to be made right, they get very aggressive and defensive really quickly. Don't waste your time here, there will always be an excuse.

****Updated Review**** After having a rocky start with…read moreVeterans due to missed dates and lack of communication, I was contacted by a manager at the company that explained there had been a personal emergency with the previous person I had been speaking to and apologized on behalf of the company. I believe that everyone deserves some grace every now and then, so I decided to give Veterans another shot. 3 days later, one of my vehicles was in the shop. During the nearly 3 weeks it was in this shop, I was kept in regular contact about the status of the vehicle. Steve and the manager were extremely helpful with negotiations between the shop and my insurance to keep it under the $ threshold (well kept 2019 car with VERY low mileage) for being totaled. I have 2 other vehicles with hail damage that I am also trusting with Veterans. I appreciate their effort, the communication, and am happy with my updated experience.

I was so bummed that I didn't even want to look at the damage, let alone repair the damage that was caused by the minor accident. Well after almost 2 yrs...I worked up the courage to look for a paintless dent repair (PDR) shop to get the dent fixed, hoping they would also be able to help with the scratches caused by the accident and replace the broken tail light. I spent a good month (off n on) looking for a place on Yelp and reading all the reviews. Then I came across "the dent man of CO" !!! I was immediately wow'd by the before and after pictures posted of their work. The level of customer service I got from these guys (both Adam and Colten) was outstanding and their work is amazing!!
