When I declined the higher amount, service manager John closed the business for the weekend before I could make the approximately five-minute drive back to pick up my vehicle. This was a clear bait-and-switch. I was given a low initial quote to get the car into the shop, then hit with a much higher price, and then denied timely access to my vehicle when I refused the new price. I am filing this complaint because the conduct was unprofessional and deceptive. I request that this incident be documented and that the business be investigated for unfair and deceptive practices.
