However current management places no value on long term relationships. If I have to start with all new personal I will do it elsewhere. I urge all long-time customers to show your support for the staff who have left and shop elsewhere.

I had to ask the same question 3x. Young guy with long reddish brown hair. Finally he took it and scanned it. Then I had to print a few items. What a disaster. They told me I needed to grant them "permission" to do so. I went in, I granted them said "permission" and waited almost half an hour for my print job. The young white guy just stood there. I kept asking if it was done. No respomse. I wondered if he had a hearing issue, or perhaps didnt understand me. I asked another gentleman, he was absolutely clueless. It took over 40 minutes to make one return, and print out two pieces of paper. The other gentleman appeared to be young, Indian or Middle Eastern. Just completely incompetent.
