This, November of 2024, was the 3rd time we have hired them for our children's mitzvah parties and each time it was in a different venue. We saw Mobile Music in action at our friend's daughter's Bat Mitzvah and were impressed at how they kept all the kids interested. We were not disappointed with what we received at our own daughter's party. Shani and her whole crew were so energetic, they had the kids dancing and playing games nearly the entire time, even our daughter, the Bat Mitzvah girl, who insists she doesn't like either, was smiling, laughing and having a ball! They will try to work within your budget; just don't go in with an unrealistic number like we did...these types of services don't come cheap . We tried to streamline as much as possible but as our daughter's guest list expanded, we agreed it was best to add an extra dancer to the crew; it would've been diffcult for the emcee to handle all those kids! If I ever have to throw another party, they will be the one's to provide the entertainment. I cannot say enough about them, they were so great! I was so disappointed with this DJ. He did not follow the sheet I gave him for our wedding. My wedding was 11/22/15 at Concorde banquets. My grandmother and cousins walked down the isle with no music- it was dead silent. I was not aware of this until I got my wedding video. Carey never did my throw away bouquet and introduced my best friend who coordinated my wedding as my husbands friend. I had all these things clearly written for him. The whole experience I felt as if I wasn't important and he didn't (Carey) have time for me and I had to hunt him down to get things done before the wedding and felt silly for bothering him. Again, I was so disappointed. The owner dj'd my wedding and that is the experience I get. Response to owner: I am a real client Carey , I am very insulted you would say otherwise without investigating further. I live in Dallas yes, but am from Chicago. I do not appreciate your response and makes me even more upset. I have the timeline still saved that I gave to you that you accepted and my video to prove the outcome. You also came up to me at the wedding as if you had not read the timeline until the actual wedding even though I had sent it to you and verified (per email) that you had received it. I had multiple guests complain to me that the music was all over the place. read more

Mobile Music did a fantastic job at my daughter's bat mitzvah. We also used them at my son's party a couple of years ago. They are easy to work with, the (100+) kids there loved them, the adults thought it was great, and the party went off without a hitch. But the best part is they understood how to execute my vision. Sometimes when we attend a bat mitzvah, we feel that we are there as grown-ups to watch a kids party. That is not at all what we wanted. It's a party that has to work for adults and kids. If the music is so loud that adults can't talk, that's not so fun. Adults should be dancing too. Carey Smolensky and his team executed that perfectly. Both adults and kids had a ton of fun. We had Mobile Music at our wedding and it was probably the best decision we made surrounding our big day. Our friends and family still talk about what an amazing party it was. Shani and her crew were AMAZING at my daughter's Bat Mitzvah this past Saturday. Shani took the time to really listen to what my daughter wanted, which was all games and some dancing. One kid said to me, they were so glad it wasn't all dancing like all the other boring B'nai Mitzvahs! I have used Mobile Music now for three events for the Wheeling Park District. They have done our Daddy Daughter Dance the past two years at Chevy Chase Country Club and they do such an amazing job. They keep everyone engaged and get everyone up on the dance floor dancing. Their music selections are spot on and appropriate for the audience type. Rick and Carey work so well together. They make my job so much easier. They are detailed in the contract and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They call a couple days prior to the event to make sure they have correct location and time which eases my mind confirming they are all set to show up. I used Mobile Music Interactive Entertainment for my son's bar mitzvah. The event was at Pinstripes and Carey Smolensky who is the owner of Mobile Music Interactive Entertainment is also the head MC. You can do all sorts of packages. We had a package that included 3 dancers, a DJ and a drummer. The party was crazy, no one sat down. They did not stop playing which I wanted the entire time from after the cocktail hour until the party ended. They had games for people to play and win prizes. They did my entire decor and the theme was the Simpsons so it was pretty awesome what they came up with. If you want to do very little work and actually get to enjoy your party or event you just dropped $$$ for, then hire Mobile Music Interactive Entertainment for your next party or event. read more

Mobile Music and Carey Smolensky recently were the entertainment service for our son and daughter's B'nei Mitzvah.. Carey made it so we didn't have a care in te world that day. Our only concern was to have fun. And fun we had. Carey and his staff took care if everything for us. They were excellent at getting everyone involved, not only the kids, but ALL the adults as well. For the last hour, you couldn't tell if it was a kids party or an adult party, as everyone was on the dance floor. I recently had a Bar Mitzvah for my son. I could not believe how GREAT Mobil Music was! The kids had a great time and everyone was so much fun, the dancers and DJ! My favorite was Shani the MC. She ROCKED the entire event! I could not have been more pleased, and EVERYONE was professional and nice to our crowd! Many of my friends commented on how great everyone was. We used Mobile Music for my sons bar mitzvah and a few years later for my daughters bat mitzvah. Working with Carey and his team of fabulous dancers was an amazing experience for my wife and I as well as our kids. The Dance floor was filled for the entire party which was our main concern. We have been to other party's and the DJ couldn't get anyone dancing. We highly recommend Diane for getting all the party favors too! We checked with other company's and we felt very comfortable dealing with everyone involved with the Mobile Music team. We used Mobile Music for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah and were so dissapointed. Carey was supposed to be at the party but instead sent Shani with a very young crew of dancers. From the beginning they seemed very disorganized and at one point Shani got very upset after the montage wouldn't play and walked out of the party leaving her young and immature crew wondering what they should do. At that point my daughter was in tears. Shani's crew then had to bring her back from the bathroom so she could continue with the party. Later one of my guests guests told us they overheard Shani talking poorly about us to her crew as the party was still going. Unfortunatley my daughter said they ruined her party.
