Each time I order supplies I am billed before my secondary insurance is billed. I have medicare and a Medigap plan. They have claimed they don't have my gap plan information, but I have had the same plan since I initiated treatment. Currently they are claiming my gap plan says I'm not covered, but every other medical provider can bill them successfully. I was told to call with my insurance provider on the line, which I did, and the call timed out and disconnected at 30 minutes. Both customer service and supervisors have lied to me about what they will do, with no followup. Emails to customer service have not been answered. Most recently I spoke with someone in the finance department who said she would bill my gap insurance. That was over 10 days ago, but they still have not billed. I continue to receive invoices that say I am past due. I will be contacting my PCP to see what other companies provide this service. I
