I went into KC Home Medical Security looking for some direction to get this fixed. Steve helped troubleshoot the problem and found out that the device was under warranty. He coordinated with the company and got me a brand new device within a week! Great customer service, great communication along the way and I didn't even buy the product from them to begin with! I will be going there for all of my home medical supply needs from now on! Thanks, Steve!

They even delivered a wheelchair on a Saturday when that is clearly outside their standard delivery hours. A week later, when we determined the first wheelchair wasn't quite right (no fault of KC Home Medical), they refunded me the week's rental without my even asking and got a new chair out to my dad within a few hours. They have claimed they don't have my gap plan information, but I have had the same plan since I initiated treatment. Currently they are claiming my gap plan says I'm not covered, but every other medical provider can bill them successfully. I was told to call with my insurance provider on the line, which I did, and the call timed out and disconnected at 30 minutes. Both customer service and supervisors have lied to me about what they will do, with no followup. Emails to customer service have not been answered. Most recently I spoke with someone in the finance department who said she would bill my gap insurance. That was over 10 days ago, but they still have not billed. I continue to receive invoices that say I am past due. I will be contacting my PCP to see what other companies provide this service. I
