I have many issues with this company. We discontinued an oxygen concentrator 4 months ago and this company will not get it picked up. Yet they continue to bill me for it. They are wicked hard to get ahold of and have no customer service. I had to turn off my credit card authorization charge because they continue to try and bill me even though my dr has sent over a discontinue letter 2 separate times. The people are nice, especially the lady who works at the front desk. The service has been poor, though, in my experience. Provider Plus was assigned to me 4 years ago when I had to get a CPAP. I've never quite adjusted to my CPAP and throughout the years I've voiced that to various members of the team and requested different specific mask models than what I have. They just don't seem interested in helping me but are always willing to refill the supplies I do have. When I requested a different mask model that I thought would work better for me based on how I sleep and the problems I'm having with mask fit, I was told that my doctor has to sign off on it (they don't but I got mine to) and then when they got the authorization they needed, I never got the new mask I requested. I'm still waiting 2 years later. When I first got my CPAP, they only had one mask in the size I needed but gave me two additional smaller masks because they were required to give three at the start, and then billed me for all three, even though two were useless to me. They also refill on the Medicare model, which means that if you have autopay and auto refill, you'll get supplies sooner than their use date, which drains your HSA or bank account. This can obviously be turned off, but it's an annoyance that isn't apparent until it happens. I've gone to different specialists but because of the type of Chinese made machine that I have (Luna G3), none of them are able to service me. I don't blame Provider Plus for the machine because of the shortage in 2020 and recall of a major American manufacturer, but it makes me feel trapped with Provider Plus. read more

if there was a zero ratings I would give it....the mask and CPAP is a piece of crap...:if you need help FORGET IT....CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE Philippines so they don't understand English nor can they friggin help you. Adapt health who lied to us no co-pay nothing nothing for the services. We get a bill today saying we owe $76. When I now called the insurance company they informed me that that's 20% of durable machinery Humana advantage gold has no idea what they're doing... Providers plush black lied to our faces now we've got a CPAP we can't use he won't use. We can't take it back and we're getting charge for a machine that we can't use and cannot get it taken back anyway. read more

Highly recommended DME company for anyone in the KC metro area! I've been working with Provider Plus since before 2010. I've had excellent customer service experiences with them over and over again! Jack, Kevin, Jennifer and Diana are absolute joys to work with! Finding a DME company that is worth a darn is next to impossible. TL;DR- This place is not exactly on top of their game. They'll get you the information and help that you need, but be prepared to deal with a lot of less-than-professional behavior in the process. BACKSTORY- I arrived to my appointment about 10 minutes early, and I was told it would be at least a 15 minute wait time because the doctor I was seeing hadn't eaten lunch yet. I was almost out the door when the office admin person stopped me and realized she had almost sent me out the door with a Bi-PAP machine, instead of the C-PAP that I needed. Paperwork was given to me haphazardly; "Sign this. Oh, wait, that's the wrong form... Oh, I forgot, sign this one too," etc... They couldn't tell me how much my new C-PAP machine was going to cost me after my insurance kicked in. I mean, that's all you do! How can you not be prepared to answer that question? When it was time to pay, I went to a person's desk in an open area with other people at their desks discussing openly dirty passwords and how a guy used to work there who they would make blush by changing his password to dirty phrases. We are in the market for a hospital bed for my father in law due to his declining health. Have all the necessary paperwork. Prescriptions. Medicare approval. Everything. Went here and picked out a bed. Jennifer told us that she would call in a couple days and let us know what else needed to be finalized. Waited. Waited. After a week we called her back. Jennifer didn't hesitate to inform us that my father in law had been denied a bed. Ok. Why? Well a couple of things are missing. Ok. What? Well I will just call his doctor and see if I can get those and will let you know. Ok. Again, waiting. Waiting. Another week. Called the primary physician ourselves and they had never even received communication one from Jennifer. Seriously?? I mean, it's a done deal. So they called Jennifer. She was snotty and condescending and informed us we were all wrong and didn't know what we were talking about. We would have to use another company to get his bed. Fine by us! It all boils down to she wasn't going to be getting any kickback from this bed and didn't want our business. Wow. Jennifer. Way to conduct a professional business. Snotty rude lazy tactless and utterly unprofessional. Gladly will pay someone else for this service. GLADLY! Go elsewhere peeps! read more
