This was one of the most disappointing service experiences I have had with an auto repair shop. To make matters worse, one tire was installed incorrectly and had to be remounted and rebalanced. For a company handling something as critical as tire installation, that kind of mistake is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of attention to detail. I was also quoted $99 for TPMS, but the final charge for the TPMS alone was $229. The man who appeared to be the manager repeatedly mentioned honesty and transparency, but the pricing and communication I experienced were anything but. A truly honest quote includes all labor, fees, and additional costs upfront, not surprises after the fact. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager was dismissive and uninterested in addressing the problem. That response made it clear that customer service and accountability are not priorities at this location. Meineke advertises honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction as core values, yet none of these were evident during my visit. They said I had a belt broke, that I was metal to metal and then quoted me almost $500 for the front breaks and rotors. I called my normal automotive place and they said $258 for front breaks and rotors(that price was the highest quality ones). I get to my normal automotive shop and I was no where near metal to metal (they showed me), I DID NOT have any belts broken or that needed replaced, and I only paid $109 for front break pads and that's with a 3% credit card charge! On the bright side, HRS customer service is great but probably because they are just wanting to con you out of your money.
