The guy came and he claimed he was an ASE certified mechanic. He wanted to see first what was wrong with my car and he kind of bashed me a lot on my car brand and other brands I knew of. He basically told me that GM was trash, Hyundai was trash, and Nissan was trash. The best cars were Dodge, Ford, and Toyota. Idk...I have done my own research and I found Hyundai and Nissan to have like no recalls against them. Maybe he thought I said Honda? He did have an accent...haha Anyway, he got the job done and assured me that Firestone on Paul Jones Way was a good place to take my car to (I already told him I would want to take my car there upon his arrival). I am so glad they are open on Sundays as well! Price tag for the tow was $115, much cheaper than Bluegrass Towing. --------------------------------------------------------------------- One thing I found shady about this towing business was the fact that the individual who towed me had to call the gal, I had called, to give her my credit card information to pay off the bill. I had asked for a receipt and he stated that she would send it. How was she going to send it if she never had my email? She never asked for it when I had made the appointment. This is why I suggest that this business go to square or any other type of app that can take credit cards while the individual is towing in the field. It is way more convenient.
