Analicia was my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing! I'm the pickiest person when it comes to a massage therapist. When I asked her questions she didn't trail off and continue talking throughout my whole entire massage. *Analicia, I had such a rough week and you have no idea how much better you made me feel. So it shouldn't be an overstatement that I claim to be an individual with a high threshold for pain and can preserve thru goals or tasks despite not being 100 percent. But earlier this year i met my match.  I had a severe, sharp nerve pull that began from my shoulder blades and spread throughout my mid back. For two nights I tried all known home remedies to little to no avail. Each morning the sharp, throbbing pain became worse. It was then that I decided to seek professional therapy. I googled a few promising therapeutic massage services and took a shot with one that I felt offered the best solution to my problem.  By Grace, I made the best choice! I was introduced to Natalie, who truly has a passion and gift for this line of work. I've had quite a few massages in the past with therapist who clearly were doing it for the money without passion or the empathic temperament to produce genuine results, but with Natalie, that is not the case. She clearly understood the source of my discomfort and before proceeding with the massage she explained the techniques that she intended to apply. Throughout the one hour massage, she skillfully performed the trigger point technique, activated isolated stretch technique, deep tissue and myofascial release techniques.  These four techniques effectively targeted the nerve pull and I left that massage facility with almost full body motion results! I truly did not expect such immediate results. I drove back home that afternoon able to turn my head from left to right without any sharp pains and slept very well. Deep rejuvenating sleep that totally healed the Nerve pull at its core.  I highly recommend Natalie for the genuine passion she has for this line of work and the effective techniques which she skillfully executes to the source of the pain to produce immediate, noticeable results!

My best friend came to town to celebrate her 40th birthday, and we wanted to pamper ourselves as she was struggling a bit with this birthday. I looked at SEVERAL places to try and get massages at the same time. I couldn't figure out the online booking, so we just booked at separate times. When Carrie called to ask about the duplicate booking, I explained what I was trying to do, and she was amazing at booking us! All of this fantastic service was before the massages! When we showed up for the appointment, the atmosphere was already set from the moment the door opened, and both Carrie and Leandra were pretty epic! I am 100% going to be utilizing Desert Sage Bodywork for my future self-care needs, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much for everything today!

I arrived early for my 2:15 appointment and was left sitting by the front desk. While waiting, I overheard my massage therapist, Ami, being told I was there. Her response was, "My who is here?" followed by, "She scheduled an appointment under her name for someone else, that's really weird." I then heard them continue discussing me and my girlfriend more quietly. When they finally came up front, I told Ami I had heard everything. She apologized repeatedly and said, "I've had a long day, but that's no excuse." I agreed--it wasn't an excuse. My girlfriend was simply trying to do something thoughtful for me. I left without getting the massage and thankfully wasn't charged. Completely unprofessional and an awful way to treat a new client. I won't be returning.
