She provided me with the contact to the professional who did her nails. Contacted Josiene and she was easy to book with, on the day of my visit she was on time. Made to the location (quiet residential area w. easy Off street parking. Her studio is under renovations as she told me she just switched places... clean and comfortable. Upon starting the process Josie offered me a drink (water, coffe or tea), I chose coffe and the magic began. Fiber glass nails full set takes a while (2-3hrs) but the results are mesmerizing. Also, I always ask for square in which I get rounded square. At this point I'm convinced ppl are just going to do what they want despite what you ask. I was seen right away, it's a cute shop. Tons of polish colors to choose from. Nancy did my nails and she was so nice and she did hear me out. I have big nail beds so some nail techs never paint my whole nail. When I told her she was happy to fix it and was cool about it. They don't take tips on the card which I felt bad about, cause I wanted to tip her. I even asked that they charge me more but they don't do that. I wasn't going to pay 5$ to take cash out to tip her tho, but they have an ATM. I do have to say this woman was in there getting a pedicure that not only looked really good but smelled nice too. Her nails looked nice too but they appeared to be acrylics. I got a gel manicure, that could be the difference. The massage chairs look incredible. Let's see how this manicure sets, I'm willing to give it another go.

Right off the bat, Lina the owner, greeted me and made me feel welcomed as well as the rest of the staff. That's something really important for me. Also, it was so clean and everything was brand new. Can't complain about that! As for my hair, I went in for a cut and some highlights which don't get me wrong I was a little worried because it was my first time getting highlights, but with Lina's help I was able to find the perfect color and I'm super happy with how it all came out. & as a plus: not only did she take her time but I she finished faster than I expected.
