The program offers annual assessments and competitions that help students track their progress and stay motivated. There are also opportunities to participate in international competitions. Last summer, our family had the amazing opportunity to travel to Mongolia with Ms. An and other families for a competition, which was a memorable and rewarding experience. Another thing I really appreciate is the flexible class schedule. During the week, I can drop off my kids anytime between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM, making it easy to fit lessons into our busy family routine. Beyond improving math skills, this program has helped my children develop stronger concentration, confidence, and mental calculation abilities. I highly recommend this program to any parent looking for a fun, supportive, and effective learning environment for their children.

My 17yo went from "c" to a B during the Junior year. His SAT was 1100 and improved to 1260 with their SAT Prep classes. What a relief. His confidence has improved and now we are looking at colleges. Cari and Mikayla are the best. Mikayla was so patient and encouraging during the many SAT Prep Classes. They are even guiding us how to do the FAFSA, FastWEb.com for scholarships, and how to write a college application Personal Statement, and that is TLC, which explains the ECT! My 16yo, a sophmore, already did her first SAT test = 1100. Great start. She needed help with math as well as essays. Mikayla's plan is methodical and follows a road map. Great relief for mom, here, who does not know how to nagivate all this college prep. Where are the High School Counselors you ask? "You need help writing essays? We don't do that here. Your teacher assumes you already know how to do that. How did you get this far and not know how to write an essay? There is nothing here for you. Go to a different school... I don't know.. . Go hire a private tutor. - we can't help you here." (yes, this was an actual conversation . Imagine my son's hopelessness and depression regarding school.) Really the best advice ever. So we did. That afternoon we walked across the street from MLK to TUTORING ETC. We were prepared for more "Sorry, you are too far gone, what is wrong with you, your grades can't be fixed" discussions. What a relief for us!!!! can't say enough good. The ETC is far beyond highschool tutoring. Money well spent. I expected 3 or 4 stars... THIS 5 STARS!! They will steer you and your kids in the right direction. They have a passion for their work and it shows. Thank you so much Cari & Mikayla!!!!!

I enjoyed our class a lot, I loved everything about it & I appreciate her work a lot.

Josh requested that everyone write down their mailing information, so that he could mail individual certification cards from the American Heart Association. Weeks passed and the cards never arrived. I called him and he apologized for the delay and said he would mail them out. Weeks passed again and after numerous follow-up calls and emails, I had to begin explaining to the participants that though they had paid a fee for the service, it did not appear that Josh would be fulfilling his end of the agreement. Much to my disappointment and embarrassment, I still have yet to hear from Josh, who appeared to be a credible guy. I reported the occurrence to the Better Business Bureau and he ignored their inquires as well. It's shocking to me that another person posted on 1/6/16 with a rave review for Frontline CPR. Josh should have at least had the courtesy to respond and simply explain what the challenges of sending the cards may have been. DO NOT HIRE -- you may not get what you paid for.
