I am a retired home builder of 40 years. I recently took on a project of a shower replacement in a park model mobile home for a friend. My friend ordered all necessary parts from the Dundee branch. I tagged along. when we first entered the store we were greeted with attentive and helpful staff from start to finish unlike the big box stores like Lowe's and Home Depot. but it didn't stop there, I had a situation with a shower door needing a broken parts replacement. Expecting a wait of days for a replacement the manager Don Davis solved the problem in minute, this would not have happened at big box stores. I special ordered a combo door for $900, which took about a month to arrive. The customer service was excellent while shopping and ordering; the manager couldn't have been more helpful. However, the customer service was not excellent when picking up the door. He couldn't have been bothered to help the girl who was helping me, who clearly needed assistance. I left without the proper screws and a door handle that did not fit but is required by the manufacturer, or the warranty is null and void. Upon installation, we discovered the wrapped door had water damage and mold on the inside in several places. Upon conversation and email with the manager in the Ocala store, the solution was to uninstall it, wait for a new door, and reinstall. The manager was not helpful and has not returned my email since. I have contacted the warranted company, Cordell, for further resolution. It might have been doable if I had done the installation myself, but I hired someone to install this door, and I will have to pay double for this solution. I am waiting to hear from both the manager and the manufacturer. Why would there be mold on a wrapped door anyway? read more

It's a nice enough store, so it gets 3 stars. We paid upfront for our windows and were told we could store them while we installed them. Unfortunately, within the week the last two had been sold out from under us. Okay fine, but after waiting two weeks be were told it could be another two weeks before they got them in. What does this mean? Did you even order them? All the whole being dealt with in an unprofessional, cocky manner by the men working in the store. Most customer service professionals will call other stores to see if they have that window available. This is not that kind of store so don't expect it. You can expect a store overran by men let on the loose who are workman not storekeepers. We finally called the Lakeland store today and found some windows to complete our remodel on time. The Dundee store not so graciously refunded our money. read more

The sign says "under new management". Let's hope they keep looking. Workers are great but the manager is rude and is lacking customer service skills. Does not listen and is verbally combative. Have seen this with other customers... and today it happened to us. Avoid the Dundee store and go to one of the other locations. read more

Everyone was helpful, found a lot of stuff I needed. I love how they deliver stuff you may not be able to carry home if you own a car . Great place to buy windows doors and bathroom stuff like toilets , showers . Glad to have them when Lowe's doesn't have something that Mobile Home Depot will . read more
