They had a great selection within various price ranges. Their demo person and installer (Bob) was incredibly neat in his work. Judy, owner, was informative and flexible with our needs and scheduling. If you had gone to one of the big box stores you would not have received the stellar customer service we experienced.

He is 100% reliable, shows up when he says he will and doesn't leave until the job is finished and finished right! We are always surprised how low his invoices are, in fact we think he undercharges us! As a home owner wanting repairs, and willing to show my lic day of, they canceled even though they initially said past 3 day mark and can't cancel. I was really hoping to work with them to get a new tub. Something about needing my drivers lic to pull permits, then that story changed 3 times. Shows how much a contract is worth if the business decides they want to void it. Update: After speaking with the owner, I'm updating the review. The sales teams will be getting some extra training during the set up process. I'm sure normally asking for a drivers lic to check ownership of the house is common, and I would have been happy to do so while there were in my house. Being told later for 3 different needs sent up too many red flags. They will retrain, and make sure to ask for drivers lic while going over contract from now on. Again, was really wanting to work with them to get a new tub.

He is easy to work with and goes out of his way to work with any other contractors you may have. He has reasonable prices and does everything in his power to keep costs low and save you money. Most importantly the quality of his work is as high as you can get, and he pays attention to details. Lately, I have found that in order to get a job done right you have to argue and fight with the contractor. This is not the case with AR Gator Construction LLC. Aaron does a first rate job and is willing to go out of his way to help get your project done. If I have any other concrete work that needs to be done in the future he will be my first call. You cannot get a better guy/company to do your concrete job. My property had 2 large hollowed out oak trees that needed to be removed. The tree had pushed up the concrete sidewalk up and also cracked the surrounding concrete. To add to the difficulty the tree had grown over and around the surrounding concrete. I need to find someone who could pave over the area where the tree had been as well as repair the other surrounding concrete. Arron was able to explain what the job entailed, how it needed to be done, and why he made each of his decisions. In order to make it easier for the tree removal people Aaron came out to remove surrounding concrete and then while the stump was being ground he was there to help with any concrete that the tree had grown over and around. After the tree removal people left Aarron discovered that they had not fully ground the stump to the necessary level. He took it upon himself to go get a stump grinder and finish the job so that when he laid the concrete it would be level, solid, and not crack. The finished project was exceptionally well done. USE AARON for any concrete needs you may have.
