HBG cabinets I bought for my kitchen. Pardon the dust
    Brendt M.

I ordered a couple of additional cabinets for my kitchen in Haven Biscuit Glaze as well as the Pebble Gray cabinets for my laundry room and half bath. Ultimately, the company messed up a little bit - they have a tricky shopping cart checkout system with Costco and they shipped the wrong color. At the end of the day though, the company made it right and then some which is why I am writing this stellar review. Very good product, great ultimate service. Will do business with again. -Brendt

Lexington cabernet wall cabinets installed as built in wall cabinets with built in shelf
    Eric A.

I read the other review and I was really astonished. I have installed several kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms with these cabinets. Never had one damaged cabinet as they are packed very well and the shipper did a great job dropping them off in my carport. Also the factory did a great job communicating with me on some special request. I see they now offer custom depths on some of the cabinets. The cabinets a 1/2 inch furniture grade plywood. The faces or skin is veneered birch. the doors are solid birch. The one review states they are not real wood. All cabinets are either made of furniture grade plywood, which very good. Or they are made of particle board which is cheap crap such as Ikea makes. No one makes the cabinets out of wood as they would warp nor be cost effective. I will post a photo of some wall cabinets I used as builts ins. The hardware that comes with these cabinets are top notch as well. Love the quiet close on the doors and drawers. My next project is going to be built in cabinets around my fire place. Nice thing is I installed them in one day. The trim is stock dimensions that come with this. If you cannot install wainscoting or similar crown moulding then don't buy the trim. They us a UV finish that is very good stuff.

They have no warranty. If you have any defective cabinet, good luck.

I went to Stone Center in search of the most beautiful tile in the world for a bathroom remodel,…read morealong with gorgeous countertops to go with it. Other than the big box stores, this was the largest showroom with the widest variety materials, of the 4 showroom sites I visited. They had an experienced, non-pushy consultant in Pam. I appreciated her guidance and patience in the learning process for my options. They have many full-sized pieces to help with ones imagination and allowed free strolling inside and outside to view them. Like many of the places, they weren't fully transparent on pricing (nothing is marked) and are willing to sell you just the product or write a contract for service. I did feel they were understaffed, in that in each of my 3 visits, I had substantial waits with other searching customers in the showroom some of whom butted ahead of me, as well as sales people with new products competing for the consultant's time. Ultimately, they lost my business, not because they didn't have selections or prices that interested me, but with the lack of access to the sales consultant (who also used time off in my looking period) within my time frame.

Avoid doing business with stone center because they take your money but are impossible to get them…read moreto do the work plus the work they did was very poor. We visited the store and Dave came to our house the next day to give us an estimate, took a 75% deposit and disappeared. It took two visits to the store to get them to come to measure and they didn't show up for the appointment. Two more visits and they finally removed the old counter tops and measured the new counter tops. They promised us that it would be a single piece of quartz per counter and gave us an installation date but DIDN'T SHOW UP. Two weeks without a kitchen and constant phone calls plus visits to the store resulted in a partial installation with poorly cut seems on counters that were suppose to be a single piece of quartz. Months have gone by and they haven't finished the work. They also substituted the brand of quartz we selected for low quality material that is porous and easily stains. I expected that would know the size of a slab of quartz but apparently they have no idea. Poor quality, bate and switch materials and an unfinished job is driving us to get the whole job redone by another company
