He had estimated that the $120 trip charge would cover the cost of repair, but when he arrived he told us it wasn't worth fixing. Brandon was on time, professional, extremely experienced with a great attitude and southern manners! He did the interior fix but found heavy tree roots in the line and showed me on the video(pretty damn cool to see the roots 52' through our main water line LIVE!). Monday, Brandon did what looked impossible. And he did it in the rain, in 105° heat, in my rose garden!!!! Did I mention the mosquitoes? After finding the huge crack in the line, he and his asst. ripped up gigantic Sci-Fi kind of roots, then replaced with a new line. The price was more than acceptable!
