Recently during a severe thunderstorm I had a huge branch take down the pole next to my home that holds my meter and circuit box; it was after business hours on a Thursday night. The next day, a Friday, I called an electrician first thing whose company was close to the town in which I reside. I was told that they did not service mobile homes. O.K. My next call was to Top Flight. Although their office manager, Jeremy, said they were pretty booked up, (even with other emergencies), when I told him I was a 68 year old widow with asthma, and I should not be without power, he pulled out all the stops. Less than an hour after my call to him, the cavalry arrived. He sent his Lead Technician, Corey, to my home, along with an assistant (I am sorry I did not get his name too). They worked steadily, sometimes in the rain, until the job was done, and notified TECO that I was ready to be hooked back up to power. (I only wish that TECO was as responsive as Top Flight was!) Corey called me that evening to check and see if I had power yet. I did not, but I was very grateful that he gave a damn enough to check in with me. What a great representative of his company! Now, Jeremy had advised me the exact cost over the phone for replacing the pole and preparing the hook-up, so I was prepared for that. He did give me the heads-up on the phone that if my circuit breaker box needed replacement (it did), there would be an additional cost. So I was prepared for that scenario, but I was not prepared for the amount; so I would suggest that it might be a good idea to also give customers a ballpark amount for that scenario, so they are not surprised. Corey was great, though: he showed me the price for the additional work replacing the circuit box, which was on a prepared document, so I knew they were not just charging me any arbitrary amount. I was satisfied. Before he left, Corey said he would have to come back Monday to install the garage breaker, which he did not have on hand. He did, as promised. I definitely recommend this company, and am grateful to Jeremy and Corey for taking such good care of this senior citizen. The up side is that my insurance will cover the cost of the work, less the deductible, of course. I need some minor work done after the Covid situation is more under control, and I will definitely turn to Top Flight. read more

Salesman gave us three options for us based on our issues. We chose the most economical option. Work was done same day by Modesto. We've had lights that have continually burned out . After replacing lights we had the same issue the next morning , three of the 5 lights were not working in the morning but worked in the afternoon. When Modesto came out he methodically traced the problem down . I had a bad power wire about 4 inches from one of the light boxes He fixed that issue under warranty and a 2 year old problem solved! Apparently when the attic cooled enough the wire would separate and the last three lights on the chain would not work . Once it heated up they would work . Eventually burning the lights out . So relieved the issue was found and corrected. read more

I had a panel installed today in Lakeland I called several other companies such as Mister Sparky and Aveco Electrical and got quoted for a panel replacement and running a hot tub circuit and their prices were at least $1000 more and that wasn't including the hot tub circuit! So I called Top Flight Electric and they not only came in with a lower price but they also were able to get all of the work done same day! They dressed more professionally and presented their company much better and weren't trying to run the price up on me and helped me understand why I needed the things they were offering and they were just very knowledgeable in the electrical field. I needed an estimate to repair our HOA Clubhouse main breaker box which is really old. I called Top Flight Electric for an estimate. Kevin came quickly, and showed up on time. He really gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, and the next day emailed 3 levels of prices, and options if we needed to finance any of the work.
