At least have the courtesy to text or call to cancel the appointment. My time is as important as yours. UPDATE: I spoke with Alex and he apologized for being late due to the traffic. It is understandable however I had to leave the day of the appointment due to having patients scheduled. Alex said Ben would contact me to re-schedule the appointment. The owner Ben also responded back on Yelp, which is positive. I will keep the review updated. UPDATE: Wow what a fantastic job they did with my floors! He is 100% reliable, shows up when he says he will and doesn't leave until the job is finished and finished right! We are always surprised how low his invoices are, in fact we think he undercharges us! We make our living with vacation rentals/AirBnB properties, and he is our ONLY choice for the two in Central Florida. Professional, courteous, extremely high quality, no job is too big or too small, we can't recommend Alex and Knight Residential Services any more highly! The tech named Charlie texted me to say that he was 11 minutes away from our home. I said that we would have the garage opened. He was polite in introducing himself and asked on what side of the fan blades to put them facing, a great question. Then as he proceeded to do each fan great. The kitchen light, which went from the original fixture built with the house to modern day, ended up having 2 original holes from the fluorescent casing. Well, I thought, oh, surely , he would fill in those 2 holes, (Not finished, just not left as holes.) "No we don't do that,". So why is Renovations in their company name?! Him seeing that I am handicapped he could have taken an extra 3-5 minutes and caulked it. My husband cannot climb ladders anymore either. So why not be generous enough to do that for me, us now as my husband was at the VA, (which was none of his business.) But renovation being thorough and complete redo, no! I gave him water and snacks upon leaving as I always do for our workers, having being brought up with my dad being in brick and stone and doing major projects for neighbors and family, this was instilled in our family. Then when I went back out to the garage, I had to sweep up debris, inclusive of washers not used etc. Clean up in their description should a thorough clean up. We have brooms in the garage. Why? Who know why! A clean up and disposal of old stuff, for proper disposal, we thought was also going to be the boxes that the fans came in and the kitchen light. Oh no! Knowledge of The Electrical Trade definitely. A thorough and complete Clean-Up, No! 09/12/2025 Let's revisit Charlie's So Called Thorough Proper Disposal and Clean -Up. Well, this AM, in getting my garbage prepared for pick up , I obviously opened up the green Traskh Barrel and low and behold he through in the interior of the boxes plus the globe and bulb of one of the ceiling fans loose in the TrashVarrel. So, O took the reacher and got them out to put in a black trash bag. How sweet?! Not! Then I took the boxes and put them in the Black Tracsh bags, lo and behold the bulbs from the other ceiling were repacked with their casings into a box. Wonderful?! Not! That was not proper disposal! He needs to be called out on his ideas and the protocol for hauling away of proper disposal. No one is supposed ever ypthrough loose garbage into the trash barrels.p, besides being ripped ut is utterly disgusting. I know some families do that but it is not acceptable protocol. And, if that is done, what does their inside of their houses look like?! I am officially blocking their phone numbers and Never want that Company to Grace Our phone, text or Property Ever Again.

I worked with 3 different remediators to resolve the issue before finding Steve with EPS Lakeland, LLC. I will say that the 3rd remediator did discover a possible shower pan leak and that was very helpful, but after 7 weeks, the job still wasn't done. Steve came out and tested newly. Then he did the work and was finished in 2 days including clearance testing. He also recommended Sleuth, Inc. to come out and determine if the shower pan really does need to be replaced (bad news is that it does, but now I know without a doubt). I went into the unit personally after Steve finished and it's the first time that my allergies didn't flare up since this whole problem started months ago. I'm very happy that I found Steve and I would call him again. I posted the above review on Google last week. I decided to add it to Yelp, because I am still so happy with Steve's work and I think people need to know how good he is. I also want to add that I have been in this affected unit several times since Steve completed his work and I have not had any allergic response since he completed the work a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't be happier. He has put my mind at ease about mold. I know that if I ever have a problem, I just have to call Steve and he will handle it quickly and completely and safely. :)

To start off, Khoi is an absolute gem!…read more We have an older 2 story home on a lake, with a boat garage connected to our living room with sliding glass doors. I don't think the boat garage was cleaned in 30 + years and it was covered in cobwebs. When we would have guests over, I would clean the sliding glass doors, however it still looked like a Halloween set in there. I thought about pressure washing the inside, but since the ceilings and walls are made of wood, I was a little hesitant. Until one day, we planned on hosting our family from overseas and I just kept thinking of how embarrassing it would be to have them see this. Plus, it would be nice to have the vinyl exterior of our home, that was covered in algae, cleaned as well. I jumped on thumbtack in search of a pressure washing company. Since we've never contracted anyone to pressure wash my home, I made sure to request a few quotes. Khoi, immediately contacted me and fought for our business, offering his competitive pricing, knowledge and how he would clean our cobweb infested boat garage. He was ready to work and offered to start right away. We were willing to give him a try and boy we're we impressed. Not only did Khoi clean our home and boat garage, but he also went above and beyond and cleaned our driveway, sidewalk, boat ramp and fence! He said he wanted to treat our home like it was his own. We were more than pleased on how he detailed everything with love and care. He didn't even take a break! Once he was finished, our home looked beautiful, and the boat garage looked amazing! We appreciated Khoi's work so much, that after the cleaning we kept in contact with him about other services we could use around the house. There was even a time when we left the country before hurricane Helene hit and we're freaking out about not having our home ready. Khoi was our hero; he was there ready to help and offered his services to clean and secure the outside of our home. He has earned our trust and is a very hard worker. He offers a wide range of service and if he can't do the job, he'll know who can. Moving forward, Khoi is our go-to-man.
