But my wife was not only happy with our purchase; the sales staff (sorry, folks-I'll add to the survey on your website) at the Lowe's in Lake Wales on Rt27- (7/27/24), helping us with not only the purchase, but expediting a charge account, delivery and the warranty conditions, all made it a worthwhile '2nd' choice.. they're first in our book. p.s. delivery was the following Tuesday by O'Neil and Rodney. Custom design, with wetedge surface, and screened enclosure. The pool looks great and I love. I would recommend them again. Only 4 out of 5 stars for the following reasons: -a couple of pieces of tile were installed chipped -Gave NO hardware documentation, which is causing a HUGE pain when trying to register for the manufacture warranty. I need to remove the light to get the serial number? Seriously?

I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.
