We got an email on a sale at Sherwin Williams and we found the color we needed, Indigo Balik, it was the closest to the color we had settled with at Home Depot, just softer. We ordered the paint online. We went to the store to pick it up. Parking was front and centered. We walked into this clean spacious store. We were the only customers but the two associates were already working, which is good to see not just annoyed that they had to work. They immediately asked to help and being there for the first try we were looking for our order number. One of the guys immediately mentioned our name, as if he was expecting us and we were like Yes that's us! They quickly got the color in the back and provided us with the tools we needed. It was so smooth - from looking online, saving due to discounts provided, to making our purchase and to finally get to paint our home. Check out the before and after!!!

And if they had called, I certainly would have answered because I was patiently waiting for my machine to be fixed. And the email problem had nothing to do with famous Tates. It was that I gave the email address to the service company and they got it wrong not once booked twice and then said that I never responded to their email. Which of course I never got. So it just was wrong all around... I do appreciate you responding to my review though. And just to be clear also it wasn't Allstate. It was who they service contract out to.

The customer service is top notch and the have everything in batteries that you will ever need. Needed a battery replacement for a mobility scooter and they had it. They even tested it first to see if it was good before replacing it. Probably could have got them somewhere else a little cheaper but the convenience and customer service was worth a little extra.
