He told us if there was any changes we could get our deposit back as long as he hadn't placed the order. several months went by and no offers so I went in and told Matt we wanted our deposit back until we sold our house. He said no! I reminded him that he told us we could get it back and the house had not been ordered. He said he doesn't work for nothing so he would only give me $15,000 back. I told him no , after a few minutes of arguing he said he would give me $18,000 back. I told him ok but realiz when I sell my house I will not be dealing with their company. He said he didn't care and that it would take two weeks to issue the check. I contacted Franklin Homes in Alabama, they are the manufacturer, they agreed with me that it was a very poor business practice but they couldn't make him give me the full refund. I kind of think Franklin we be a little more careful about who their dealers are and their business practices. We will see if I get any of the deposit back without going to court!
