It's now been over two months with no resolution. We paid $1,000 for this service and expected the job to be completed properly. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating, and we're still waiting for the work to be finished. Very disappointed in the follow-up and reliability. Would not recommend.

Communication was not great and the workman worked sporadically and then not very carefully. The worst part is their refusal to provide their Florida License Number and the Insurance Policy Number covering the time they worked in our home. Calls and e-mails elicit no return calls or information. We were assured they were licensed and insured so why will they not provide the information our insurance requires. This information appears no where on any of the paperwork exchanged.
