Paul knew who I was and talked to me about my previous review here on Yelp and was very cordial and business like. I appreciated his honesty and the way he calmly talked to us. Their sale was organized and the items were clean. Stacy was also pleasant and we walked out of there feeling better than before. BUYER BEWARE = I have been a foolish auction bidder with Jason for years. I have put up with broken…read moreitems, missing items, badly described items and no responses. This last auction will be my last - and he is probably glad because he is lazy and doesn't want to work. I bid on several lots - about 80.00 worth - of items for Christmas gifts and things I really wanted. My alternator on my car went out and my car wouldn't start on auction pick up day. I called immediately and no answer so I left a message. I called and called and no response. I was so glad I hadn't paid online, preferring to pay in person with a check so I would get my tiny cash discount - I ain't rich so I bid on used things to save money! He never returned my calls even after I called the new AUCTION SITE owners and they contacted him. Jason did send a text "I will be that way tomorrow" from an unknown phone number. Well, he never called me back or anything. I hope he enjoys keeping my items that I already had the written check in hand. AND the auction before this, I bid and won an electrical light fixture - sealed in a box - turned out there was nothing in the box but the light cover - pretty pricey loss and I still don't have a working light in my kitchen. Just know this is the truth - Jason is a nice young man = seemingly courteous but short-tempered and lazy. I wish him well but wish he would grow up. Caveat Emptor which means Buyer Beware.
