If there was an option to give this business NO stars, I would have chosen it! The woman who…read moreowns/runs the business (I believe her name is Shari), is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with! When I first arrived as a customer, she was on her phone. There were no prices on a lot of the things, so I asked her how much on a couple of items. She proceeded to tell me that anything without a price was $5.00, but that she's add them all up and give us a better deal. They had no shopping baskets for the customers, no hold table and they had no wrap for fragile items! With a very loud "Jesus Christ" (and in front of customers), she ended her phone conversation. When my wife and I brought our arms full of items to her, she came up with some ridiculous amount on essentially what was dollar items. When I asked her to count it again, she came up with even a higher number! We got disgusted and left the items there! On the way out, I told her that she was a terrible business person and that we'd never do business with her again! She lost a good customer with us, because we had bought a thousand dollars of jewelry from one of her previous sales, but evidentially, that didn't matter! I wouldn't trust this company with selling my loved ones things at all, and you shouldn't either!

We found them to be the best prepared for the Estate we were trying to go through. My Father was a collector for years (along with my mother, also previously deceased) with Antiques, outboard motors, china, old cameras, lanterns and many other things. In additional to 2 large storage units filled with these types of items, he was also a machinist by trade, a mechanic and electrician by hobby. We had so much large equipment and collectibles to sell that it was overwhelming (along with household contents) and there was no way we could do this on our own. Amy and her crew were amazing. Our sale lasted only 2 days, but they sold over 90% of everything we had, including two vans and a motorcycle. We couldn't be happier with the expertise and professionalism that Amy brought to us in a very difficult time. I would not hesitate to recommend her services and company to anyone going through the loss of a family member and having to sell the contents of a life.
