I have not built a house with this company but, in contrast to one of the other reviews here, my experience walking into their showroom was GREAT. the builder, salesperson, and designer/office attendant were INCREDIBLY friendly and a pleasure to spend time with. They answered all of our questions in ways that other builders did not and we left more informed than we did after speaking to other builders before this. Very disappointed with this place. Went to a show home in Ocala and nobody was there. Then went again and when we went the woman was extremely rude and did not acknowledge us whatsoever. Little did she know we have money ready for a large investment in a home. She didn't ask us any questions not did she seemed interested to even communicate with us. I am so glad we went to Curington homes down the road. I would 100000% recommend Curington Homes NOT SECURE BUILD. Very poor communication like she was too good to talk to us. read more
