A gentleman answered the phone and assisted me with the scheduling process. During the call, however, I could hear a dog crying or barking loudly in the background, and the gentleman yelled at the dog "SHUT UP" while still on the phone with me. That moment didn't sit well with me. As a pet owner, it made me pause and reconsider whether this would be the right environment for my dog. I'm sure they provide good services, and I can only speak to my personal experience during the phone call. For me, patience and gentle handling are very important when it comes to my pet's care, so I ultimately decided to look elsewhere
