The owner went out of her way to call and text back to rectify the situation, since I had traveled far and had left work early. I was able to come back in Saturday, and my cat, The Goonch, was taken in immediately, and she got right to work. I appreciate the accommodations made for my fussy, grumpy brat cat, as this was his first grooming ever (and my first appointment ever) so we both didn't know what to expect. She clipped his nails with ease, and quite a bit of matted fur was removed from his sanitary trim. He feels so much better and unmatted around his backside/stomach area now, it's night and day. I was with my cat the whole time, got to hold him to help with the shaving, made things a lot easier and made me feel better to be present the whole time. Thank you again for treating The Goonch so well! I plan to come back for sure.

Jackpawt's Happy Place…read more Since 2024, All Stage Canine Development has been like a second home for Jackpawt. Jackpawt, the Lucky Pup, on Amazon. https://a.co/d/02GVaEH8 Grooming day isn't just about looking handsome--it's one of Jackpawt's favorite adventures! Before Deena works her grooming magic, we always book him an hour of playtime, and sometimes another hour afterward because he just can't get enough. He absolutely loves the staff, zooming around with his furry friends like a little rocket. What makes All Stage so special isn't just the grooming, daycare, training, or pet store. It's the people. Every staff member is friendly, patient, gentle, and genuinely loves dogs. They treat every pup as if it were their own. They're one of those hidden gems tucked away in a busy strip mall, so if you blink, you might drive right past them. That's exactly why I wanted to share this post. Businesses like this deserve to be discovered, and fellow dog parents deserve to know there's a place where their pups will be loved, trained, groomed, cared for, and have the time of their lives. Thank you, Deena and the entire All Stage family, for making every visit such a wonderful experience for Jackpawt. We appreciate all that you do!

We drove down Antelope (from the direction of the freeway) and left onto Mariposa, and there was her shop. It was easy to find. As we walked in, there was a couch, a counter, with a grooming table, with dog cages behind her. It was a tight space, but she makes it work. I felt comfortable leaving Scamp with her because with our small quick chat, it was wonderful to hear she loves what she does. Scamp is a meduim size Terrier mix, and when we dropped him off at 2:45, she let us know he would be done at 5 pm. When we arrived at 5 p.m., Amy was doing the finishing touches on Scamp! He looked so adorable! We wanted his hair cut short but not down to his skin, and his facial features trimmed. He was so happy to see my sister & I! As she finished, I love how she talked to him as she trimmed him up. The cost of Scamp was $60. We also have Amy a tip. Scamp looked pretty amazing. He was bathed, his nails trimmed, and he smelled like watermelon, lol! Thank you, Amy! We will see you again soon!

He looks like a brand-new dog every time! One of the things I appreciate most is their attention to detail. The staff is super friendly and they always make a point to ask exactly what kind of cut I want. The best part? They actually listen and deliver exactly what I'm looking for. A few other reasons I highly recommend them: Fair Pricing: Unlike some grooming spots that charge an arm and a leg, their rates are very reasonable and fair for the high quality of work they provide. Convenience: There is plenty of parking, so drop-off and pick-up are never a hassle. Schedule: I usually drop him off around 9 AM and pick him up around 3 PM. As long as you have the flexibility to leave your dog for a few hours, it's a perfect setup. The staff is wonderful and you can tell they truly care about the dogs. I'll definitely keep coming back!

I have had too many traumatic things happen to my baby that I don't trust anyone. And granted, my pup is not mean or rowdy, he just LICKS everything. Even the blades and scissors. *** However, I had an upcoming trip and had no time to wash /groom my little pup, so I gave Pampered Pet Salon a try. Thank you to the staff for being so considerate and listening to my "worried dog mama" rant. They were so gentle with Noah and were communicative during his wash and groom. They were gentle not to cut him, took their time, and he didn't look like he was traumatized after the groom... Normally he gets so stressed he doesn't eat, doesn't drink, never leaves our side. However, after a visit to pampered pet salon, he was back to normal after he saw us! We recommend to other dog and cat owners, we will be bringing Noah back :)

Our dog was cut up and had razor burns from her grooming appointment, and they shaved her bare to the skin and did not even give her a bath prior to shaving off all of her hair. (Do NOT go to Juleah!!) When we expressed our disappointment, the staff was extremely rude, dismissive, and unapologetic instead of showing any concern for what had happened. It appeared that she had not been given water or the basic care we would expect while she was there. Our dog seemed visibly distressed and unlike herself. Cutting a dog and drastically changing their haircut without what we requested. We trusted this salon with our dog and expected her to be treated with care. Will never be returning, and I would strongly encourage other pet owners to think twice before leaving their dog here.
