I brought my phone to mobile Device doctors with a broken screen, but when it was returned, it shut down constantly and I could not use my phone for most tasks. I called the location and they said that the problems were probably unrelated even though I had no other issues besides my screen when I brought it in. No effort was made to assure me that he would help me with my problem if it did end up being related. I took the phone to the apple store and they did a diagnostic that suggested it was most likely related to the repair and that it would cost over 300 dollars to fix it. I brought the phone back to Mobile device doctors and they told me there was a glitch in iPhone 7s that made this happen and dismissed me. Now I'm out 100 dollars AND have to replace the phone that I would have otherwise continued to use. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! read more

Went here after reading the reviews on Yelp to have the cracked glass on an iPhone repaired. I showed up around 6 pm - knowing they closed at 7 pm - I assumed I would drop the phone off and pick-up tomorrow. The gentleman working (I think his name was Bill) was super-friendly and said he'd have it done at 7 pm. Wait, what....in an hour?!? Yup, I came back at 7 pm and the phone looked brand new!! This place was GREAT. My dad's phone wasn't charging, and I suspected that the charging port needed a really good cleaning. I have an iPhone 8+ that needed a battery I went in dropped my phone off and 45 minutes later it was done. very friendly knowledgeable and the price was about 30 percent cheaper then I thought it would be. I just dropped off an iPad with a cracked screen to have it replaced. I had bought a replacement screen and installed it but pinched the ribbon cable when doing it and broken the connection to the digitalizer. ** Update 9/2/2017, I went to the place today Sat/ at 10AM when they supposedly opened, no indication they were closed except the door was locked. Went back at 10:30 and door still locked, and another customer was outside the store panicked because they had promised her the phone yesterday, and she was from out of state, was stuck here until they returned the phone. Called just now and lo and behold they are open. The person who answered seemed unconcerned that customers had no idea the store was closed. Given my own earlier experience of waiting many, many days for the phone repair with no communication, I won't be returning to this place. They need to hang a sign on the door saying they are closed and when they will return. Simple business practices that every normal store follows. ** They did a great job when I took them a severely water damaged iPhone for repair. They said they could not make any promises. The fee was very reasonable and they did a great job recovering the phone. Even though they could not get the backlight function working properly (the circuitry being so messed up by the water ) I was able to get all of the data off the phone. For the price paid I was overwhelmed. The only complaint I would have is their communication was a bit lacking and it took me a while to find out the status of the phone and to get the phone back from them. However we are very happy with the outcome. read more

OK. These guys Rock! I went in with what appeared to be a damaged and loose screen/display on my iPhone5S. These guys took one look at it and diagnosed a damaged battery. They promised good as new in 45 minutes, for $29.99 + tax. No need to replace the screen. I was slightly skeptical, and a little bit anxious. (I'm a bit of a Luddite, but I've grown to love my iPhone.) 5 minutes later they showed me the damaged battery (and a new one for comparison). 15 minutes after that I had my phone back, good as new. Brought a phone into these guys for a screen repair. They informed me there was water damage and the battery needed a replacement. Paid for both of those services and the water damage repair service. Received the phone back and the wi-fi no longer stays connected unless I'm within five feet of a router. They replaced the wi-fi antenna, but the issue remained. The wi-fi worked perfectly fine prior to their repair. After calling them to discuss this, they first blamed my wi-fi signal (works perfectly fine on multiple other devices). Then I was told that water damage is unpredictable, out of their control, and that there are no guarantees to their service. Yet, I paid for water damage repair. I received no refunds for any of the services provided. These guys are nice, but if your phone doesn't work properly when you get it back, you're S-O-L. read more

I contacted Bill in regards to the poor service and he offered me a refund of 50%. I accepted his offer in good faith, this was back in December. To this day there has been no refund and he had an excuse of "we switched billing companies and I thought they had issued the refund but they didn't and since we don't do business with them anymore they can't do the refund". He asked where he could send a check and I gave him my address. I told him I didn't see any point in updating the Yelp review (he asked that I change my review from a negative rating) with all the problems. Since then he has stopped all communication. Is this really how a company should conduct a problem, to offer a refund then when the customer doesn't do what they want they cancel the refund? WOW...think twice about going here people. read more

Found this place through other positive Yelp reviews. Not going to lie, driving up to it felt a little sketchy, but once inside, any unease went away. The attendant was very knowledgable without being condescending. The display of broken devices is also pretty impressive! Dropped off our iPad Mini at 3pm, was able to use the Yelp check-in coupon, and they had it fixed by 6:30pm that evening. Amazing! We did get an Otterbox from there to prevent future breaks, and we haven't been so pleased with the responsiveness of that cover, but that's a negative for Otterbox, not this company. Another poor guy had ridden the bus to go there, and was now going to re-trace his steps back home! I own a business, if you post hours, someone is there - period.
