Fixed my rear camera quickly (on a Saturday, no less)and affordably. Great customer service and a lifetime warranty on the camera. Highly recommend! read more

This place was GREAT. My dad's phone wasn't charging, and I suspected that the charging port needed a really good cleaning. They cleaned it within minutes, tested and confirmed that it was charging, and then didn't ask me to pay! I'll definitely go back the next time I have issues with a phone. read more

These guys do a good job. We've had two iPads fixed there. The first one needed a quick touch up several months later and they took care of it no problem. I highly recommend these guys for iPad screen repairs. read more

I have an iPhone 8+ that needed a battery I went in dropped my phone off and 45 minutes later it was done. very friendly knowledgeable and the price was about 30 percent cheaper then I thought it would be. Nice variety of cases at affordable prices also. I would recommend I'll be going back if I have any other issues. And even got a free cloth to wipe the screen. read more

It was great! They fixed my screen in an hour! Very good. Highly recommend. Screen looks great! Go here!

They fixed my device just by cleaning the data port so I didn't need a replacement. No charge

I just dropped off an iPad with a cracked screen to have it replaced. I had bought a replacement screen and installed it but pinched the ribbon cable when doing it and broken the connection to the digitalizer. When I called the the guy asked me specific questions and really knew his stuff, would highly recommend and will definitely use again the next time I have a broken device screen. read more

Good prices, but long waits and poor customer service. Employees do not use PPE devices while waiting on customers. My device was not properly repaired. read more

** Update 9/2/2017, I went to the place today Sat/ at 10AM when they supposedly opened, no indication they were closed except the door was locked. Went back at 10:30 and door still locked, and another customer was outside the store panicked because they had promised her the phone yesterday, and she was from out of state, was stuck here until they returned the phone. Called just now and lo and behold they are open. The person who answered seemed unconcerned that customers had no idea the store was closed. Given my own earlier experience of waiting many, many days for the phone repair with no communication, I won't be returning to this place. They need to hang a sign on the door saying they are closed and when they will return. Simple business practices that every normal store follows. ** They did a great job when I took them a severely water damaged iPhone for repair. They said they could not make any promises. The fee was very reasonable and they did a great job recovering the phone. Even though they could not get the backlight function working properly (the circuitry being so messed up by the water ) I was able to get all of the data off the phone. For the price paid I was overwhelmed. The only complaint I would have is their communication was a bit lacking and it took me a while to find out the status of the phone and to get the phone back from them. However we are very happy with the outcome. read more

OK. These guys Rock! I went in with what appeared to be a damaged and loose screen/display on my iPhone5S. These guys took one look at it and diagnosed a damaged battery. They promised good as new in 45 minutes, for $29.99 + tax. No need to replace the screen. I was slightly skeptical, and a little bit anxious. (I'm a bit of a Luddite, but I've grown to love my iPhone.) 5 minutes later they showed me the damaged battery (and a new one for comparison). 15 minutes after that I had my phone back, good as new. Like I said, these guys Rock! read more

I contacted Bill in regards to the poor service and he offered me a refund of 50%. I accepted his offer in good faith, this was back in December. To this day there has been no refund and he had an excuse of "we switched billing companies and I thought they had issued the refund but they didn't and since we don't do business with them anymore they can't do the refund". He asked where he could send a check and I gave him my address. I told him I didn't see any point in updating the Yelp review (he asked that I change my review from a negative rating) with all the problems. Since then he has stopped all communication. Is this really how a company should conduct a problem, to offer a refund then when the customer doesn't do what they want they cancel the refund? WOW...think twice about going here people. read more

Quick and friendly service here. Perfect example of why you should keep your business local when possible. My absolutely roached iPhone 6+ looks brand new, and was completed within less than an hour at a price no one else in the city can touch. Will be back the next time we inevitably break something! read more

Found this little gem hidden off a quiet street in Maplewood and they definitely have the best price and service of all the places I shopped around. Only $100 to fix my iPhone 6 screen. They were slammed when I walked in and still got it done in less then 2 hours. Highly recommend this place for any cell phone repair! read more

On the plus side: Repair done in 45 minutes. But on the negative side: technician bad-mouthed another business. Not good business. Probably won't be back. read more

I absolutely destroyed the screen on my phone when I was out for a walk in my mom's neighborhood. The screen was literally just totaled. I went here to get it fixed. The turnaround time was delayed due to needing the parts to arrive in the mail. I used the yelp check in coupon which saved me $10. I would recommend this to all wanting to avoid waiting in lines at the apple store for the genius bar to show up an hour after your scheduled time. read more

The men here were very professional and nice. I brought on 2 damaged phones and they gave me a deal because fixing phones can be expensive! I can tell they really tried. I did have to call to know one was ready, they didn't reach out. Other than that, they're speedy and I would definitely recommend and use them again. read more

Great place with fast service! Got my iPhone screen fixed in little over an hour. I got $10 off by using Yelp check in! Highly recommended!

Had a cracked phone screen for iPhone 6. Had it fixed in an hour for $75. Great service and work. Definitely recommend

Brought a phone into these guys for a screen repair. They informed me there was water damage and the battery needed a replacement. Paid for both of those services and the water damage repair service. Received the phone back and the wi-fi no longer stays connected unless I'm within five feet of a router. They replaced the wi-fi antenna, but the issue remained. The wi-fi worked perfectly fine prior to their repair. After calling them to discuss this, they first blamed my wi-fi signal (works perfectly fine on multiple other devices). Then I was told that water damage is unpredictable, out of their control, and that there are no guarantees to their service. Yet, I paid for water damage repair. I received no refunds for any of the services provided. These guys are nice, but if your phone doesn't work properly when you get it back, you're S-O-L. read more

These guys were really great. I came in at 6, an hour before closing. They had my phone fixed by 6:45 and they were the cheapest price around by far. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Very grateful for their service and I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

This is the best phone repair in St. Louis. They are quick, well-priced, and brutally honest about cases and habits. They are super knowledgable, they put the Apple Store to shame. They fixed my mother's IPhone 5c screen in an hour. I recommend that EVERYONE should go here. read more

Found this place through other positive Yelp reviews. Not going to lie, driving up to it felt a little sketchy, but once inside, any unease went away. The attendant was very knowledgable without being condescending. The display of broken devices is also pretty impressive! Dropped off our iPad Mini at 3pm, was able to use the Yelp check-in coupon, and they had it fixed by 6:30pm that evening. Amazing! We did get an Otterbox from there to prevent future breaks, and we haven't been so pleased with the responsiveness of that cover, but that's a negative for Otterbox, not this company. Hopefully we won't have to go back ever, but if we do, we have no reservations about their service. Thanks! read more

Thank you! My iPhone 4S was badly bruised and you fixed her within an hour and she was good as new.

Fixed the glass on my iPhone 6 in one hour for $99 and sold me an otter box defender case for $35. Good, fast service for a great price.

Drove 30 minutes out of my way to get my iphone fixed. Hours are clearly stated on the website and door 11-7 Mon-Fri. I was there at 3:45, door is locked, no one answers the phone. Another poor guy had ridden the bus to go there, and was now going to re-trace his steps back home! I own a business, if you post hours, someone is there - period. No note, no return call from my voice mail, nothing? I think you are have a hobby - not a legitimate business. I would recommend CPR in Brentwood - their just up the road a bit (2500 S. Brentwood Blvd Brentwood, MO 63144) and they actually run a real business - THE DOOR WAS OPEN! read more

I had the best experience at mobile device doctors! Andy worked on my iphone 7 plus, less then 45 minutes and feels brand new! I will for sure be coming back if I have a broken screen! I would recommend this place to anyone who has a broken screen! read more

This place is great! I brought in my completely shattered iPhone 6 and they had it done in 45 minutes. Amazing price and I even checked in on Yelp so that I could get the $10 off. Hopefully I won't break my phone again, but if I do, I know where I'm taking it for sure! read more

If you have a device that needs attention this is the place to go! I had two broken iPhones; one needed a new screen and the other needed a battery. I got both phone fixed while I waited for only 30 minutes! Fast and friendly service from Cameron! It was a great experience in total and extremely affordable! read more

Took in an iphone. The person working did everything possible to discourage me from getting it fixed. He ignored me to talk to the man behind me. He wouldn't quote a price or time frame. He kept adding on problems as he thought of them. With such poor service, I went elsewhere. read more

Really great service. Got my iPhone 6 screen fixed here after it shattered and a fifth of it had dead pixels. Called ahead and they gave me an estimate over the phone for the timing. I headed in just 20 minutes later. In 45 minutes my screen was fixed and back to new. Would recommend to everyone! Also price seemed to be the best out of all the competitors in St. Louis Missouri. read more

So, my Ipad was acting up. Went to the Apple Store where I had to endure chaos while waiting for my "appointment" to be told, after a quick plugin that my Ipad was basically toast. And I should just but a new device. MEH. Rather than giving up, I went to the independent repair station of Mobile Device Doctors after reading some positive reviews about them. Not only was I treated in a courteous efficient manor but they solved my problem---too many apps draining my trusty old device. I worked with Dan and he couldn't have been nicer. I appreciated his timely, cautious, logical methodology. All this attention and not even a service fee! Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. read more

Bill reached out to me and made good on his promised price and service. He went out of his way to get my problem resolved, so I'm changing my review to 3 stars. Thanks, Bill. read more

I was in st Luis for work when my iPad broke. I used yelp to find a repair place and came across this place. I was a little nervous because I wasn't too familiar with the area and this place didn't have a whole lot of reviews. The price was right and they did a great job... had my iPad fixed in no time. I would def recommend to friends. Hopefully next time I'm in town I won't need them though:) read more

Replaced my wife's iPhone XS screen in 45 minutes. Looks brand new and lifetime warranty on the repair is great. Substantially cheaper then dealing with Apple and faster too. read more

These guys are the best, fixed both my iPhone and my iPad, both were done the same day. I would recommend them to anyone!

The owner, I believe his name was Bill, was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgable about iPhones and iPads. I'm from philadelphia, and after a night of many beverages I dropped my phone and broke the screen. The next day, my iPad stopped working. I went to apple and they wanted a small fortune to fix my devices. I found st Lou comp docs on yelp and I'm glad I did. Not only did he fix my screen, he made it rose gold and the back is silver/mirror. My iPad needed a new power button and he replaced that for me as well. All in all I had then both fixed within 2 hours and for a great price. This all happened 3 months ago and everything is still working great. Def give this place a chance!!! The owner knows his stuff. read more
