They are knowledgeable, friendly, and make you feel like a welcome valued customer in their store. I got a new iPhone today and the process was seamless and easy, and entertaining because the guys there are awesome to chat with. Even if you're in Austin, San Marcos, or other surrounding areas I recommend you come to this location if you want excellent customer service. I've been with Verizon for a long time now and my experience in their store is hands down the BEST one I've ever had. Keep up the excellent work guys! Terrible customer service. They add on hidden fees they don't tell you about and steal returned equipment so you get charged for it!

I was very pleased with the store environment. I came in to upgrade my iPhone 14 to a 15, but Caitlin helped me figure out how to get a 16 max for my low vision and at very affordable payments. She even helped me get my screen protector on. I didn't feel pressured to buy right away, nor get any add ons which made me feel relieved compared to other locations I've been to. There were lots of colors to pick from, phone and case-wise. Caitlin and Kelly were really sweet and fun to mingle with while waiting on my phone data to transfer. I'm writing this review for my mom who went to Verizon needing a new phone this week. She was sold a "new" phone from the associate Robert. He sold my mom a S22 phone that already had someone else's Samsung user info. on the phone. My mom didn't know this until she was home. The next day she went back to question the phone and was told the previous person wanted it that phone but went with the S23 instead so it never left the store so it's still a "new" phone. The gmail account came across my moms gmail account that's why it's on the phone. Mind you she doesn't have a gmail account nor know anyone by the name that appeared on the phone. She asked to speak to the manager and was told they're on break they should've been back but they're not and they don't know how to get a hold of them. The associate didn't know the managers number. She left feeling unsatisfied and doesn't want to do any business with this location ever again. read more

Purchased a new Samsung phone, screen protector and case. Overcharged $40.00 on the phone, $25.00 on the screen protector and $30.00 on the case. We trusted the salesman Kevin, was giving us current competitive prices. After getting home and looking at other businesses, even the Verison web site, we found that we were overcharged on all three items. Make sure you go to an authorized dealer! Never in my LIFE will I step foot in this location. Nesmuh was a complete and tot asshole! His customer service was piss beyond poor!! After trying to get him to understand that he needed to explain something to me and asking for a manager he tried to kick me out of the store I repeatedly said no, once I'm doing doing what I came in here for. He goes to the back to her the other two guys that were in the store. I explain to them what took place Nesmuh started laughing I looked him in the face and told him he needed to go away because his customer service was horrible. He kept laughing mumbling rude shit! Finally one of the other guys told him to go to the back. As he walked off he told me to "shut the fuck up" I have since filed a complaint with corporate and it seems he will be the one shutting the fuck up after they're done with him!! read more

"AVOID" "AVOID" "AVOID" and go to the San Marcos "actual" location. This location is not Verizon, they are a cellular distributor. Went in for a new I phone, weird because they wanted me to log into 'my Verizon' I thought it was odd. When I hesitated, Thank god, I just asked how much it would cost if I traded in my phone(iPhone7/128gb) to get a new one, and showed him on my phones app my statement. He said it would be $330 for a new one and trading mine in. Went to the Actual Verizon store in san marcos, they looked up my account without my login, and all i needed to give them was my ID and cell number(imagine that). They gladly got me my new phone, 256gb instead of 64 and a plus at that for $0 other than paying my taxes on it and they made my bill go down $7 a month. Huge shout out read more

We haven't had any issues with Verizon. They are friendly at the store. Sometimes under staffed.

Don't shop here. According to the manager, they are "not an authorized dealer" of the product she sold me. Apparently, this means that when things go wrong, they don't have accountability. I went in to upgrade my Apple phone, which she said she was able to do. When she said, "is there anything else I can help you with", I said, "do you have any suggestions for lowering my monthly bill?" She suggested that instead of the purchase we had agreed on I could return my phone to Verizon and receive $300 credit which would be apportioned out over time and would lower my bill $10 per month. I asked her a couple of times if she was sure my bill would not go up under any scenario she was preposing and she always said no, even getting a little sarcastic at one point and dramatically writing out the numbers to prove it. Unfortunately, when the dust settled, she was incorrect and my bill went up $40 per month. When I asked for a reset back to the original deal, asked for a credit for her error, and even offered to return my phone and start over with a different Verizon dealer, she repeatedly stated "we aren't an authorized dealer" and "how would I know what they would give you for your phone". Good question! Kind of thought since she kept saying $300 she was pretty certain about it! I asked her to have the owner call me to work things out, which I do as a courtesy if I am thinking I might put a review on Yelp, but its been a couple of days and there hasn't been any response, so I think its time to give others an opportunity to avoid this hassle. Horrible business practices/terrible customer service. I would give negative stars if that were possible. This business sold me a new iPhone, which turned out to be a refurbished phone. The iPhone started having issues, so I was told by them that I needed to go to Apple. I went to Apple and was told that they could not work on it because it was a refurbished phone. I went back to Verizon (Mobile Destination) in Kyle and informed them that they sold me a refurbished unit as new. I was told that they would get me a new iPhone 6 to replace the one they gave me. After almost two weeks the phone came in and I went to pick it up. I was then told by the manager that I would have to pay to have the refurbished phone fixed (cracked screen) before they would give me the new one. When I told them how absurd this was and asked to speak to the next level manager, Adam said there wasn't one. Bottom line the business sold a used product as new, failing to disclose this information, and now refuse to remedy the situation. (DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES). Take your business elsewhere. read more
