Called in the morning to get a quote for a small quarter-panel dent on my Tesla. Not only was the price fair, but the tech was able to come out to me to repair that afternoon. Rolled right up next to my car and had it fixed in no time (actually ~1 hour but you get the idea). Super efficient, friendly, and quality work - Good as new! I had a little dent the size of a dime with a tiny scratch. Stopped in to the Mobile Dent Medic to have it looked at. About a half hour later, the job was done! To my disbelief I could not find where the dent was, or the scratch! Clearwater Creedence Revival, this man is the Dent-Rectifier! If you have a car, and that car has a dent, look no further. Just ask for Hamlet, he's the man. read more

Call Hamlet first. I mean that. I've been driving in LA for 20 years now, which means I've had my fair share of dents, dings, and scrapes. I've had a few fixed or buffed out, but they've always left some visible mark of the past damage. Until now. I called Hamlet to get his assessment on a 9 inch long dent. After working on it for 2 hours, it's genuinely impossible to tell there was ever any damage. Even with him pointing out what small imperfections his eye could still notice, I can't find them when I look at it today. The surface is mirror perfect, and I could not be happier. I promise you Hamlet does the best dent work in the city. That he's also prompt to respond, more than fairly priced, and will come to you for the work just cements him as my first call moving forward. I highly recommend he be yours as well. read more

I accidentally dented my son's car. I contacted Hamlet and sent him photos of the dent. He called me immediately and quoted me a price, and came out to fix the dent two days later. He was prompt and worked on the dent for over two hours. He was very honest about what he could and couldn't do. He was very professional and did very good quality work. Definitely would recommend him for dent repair! read more

Hamlet is trustworthy and reliable. He responded quickly with an estimate, and provided excellent service!

Speedy service, excellent care and done right the first time.I'm a perfectionist and this was done the right way

Great job, was punctual courteous and attentive. He saw the dent before I could even show it to him. I even had one on my trim that I was going to have him try to fix, but I had decided not to since no one else could see it (I'm neurotic about dents!!). He found it right away. This guy has eagle eyes! The dent on the panel was in a difficult spot because of the wheel well. He had to do a small amount of internal drilling to get access, which I expected. Needless to say I would give it a 99.8% removal. To the mere mortal it would be 100%, but I am a VERY difficult person to deal with when it come to imperfections. My friends hate it when I point out dents on their cars. I'm happy with his service and still feel like he deserves 5 stars. He's a good guy and I would use him again. read more

Update 2/19/21: In my previous review Hamlet wasn't able to help and I appreciated his time and the way he explained things. Recently, my wife side swiped my car while pulling into the driveway. She crinkled my fender and knocked the bumper cover slightly out of alignment. I also had a couple of minor dents in the door prior to this. So I called Hamlet with the plan to only get an estimate and do the repair later. The price he quoted was so outstanding that I immediately scheduled him to return at his earliest convenience and do the repair. He returned the following day and within a few hours, the dents were nowhere to be seen. The workmanship is impeccable and at a price that I could not believe. Hamlet works miracles! read more

Hamlet did a great job! I'd highly recommend! My 2014 Jaguar XJL had a two inch dent with a line in it on the car door. Some sort of ding left by probably a shopping cart. Hamlet was able to remove almost all of it. There is a slight line now which can probably be sanded and polished out. My car is solid aluminum which is hard is to remove the dents from. Quoted me $140, then decided to only charge me $100 afterwards. Total class act! Done within twenty minutes. Thank you so much and I will let my friends know about him should they ever be in need of his services. Very happy!! :) read more

I had a couple of dents in my garage door. One was pretty bad and I was told by a garage door company that replacing a panel was possible but it wouldn't match my door since my garage door was 20 years old. I contacted all three mobile dent companies in the valley and Mobile Dent Medic was the only company that said that they could do it. Hamlet is the owner's name and he came out and gave me an estimate one tenth the price of a new door. He did an amazing job and it was very inexpensive. Totally satisfied. read more

I had a pretty bad dent in the left side of my front bumper, and was trying to avoid the $1,200 it would cost for the dealer to fix it. Hamlet came to my apartment building & fixed it good as new in under 30 min! Would definitely recommend, amazing price & service. read more

Hamlet did an amazing job with removing 2 small door dings from our 2022 Tesla Model Y. He was very courteous and readily available when I first approached him on the phone, and after sending him a video of the damage, he confirmed that he could fix the dings for a reasonable price as well. Made an appointment with him on a Saturday morning, and he was done in about 2 hours. One of the dings was even hard to access the traditional way in order to repair it, but Hamlet was able to find a workaround that was successful. Super pleased with his work and his professionalism! read more
