So.... I had one of those stupid moments where I quickly backed up in an empty parking lot and completely forgot that I had parked next to a pillar At what point did I realize? When my car bounced back from hitting it. I'm not a person who is very precious about my car but there was a big dent on the side that caused a terrible creaking and snap from the door popping against my front panel whenever I opened and closed it The blinker on my side panel was crushed and the car was pretty badly scratched. It was just embarrassing. I went to a body shop that was highly recommended on yelp and explained that I didn't want the panels replaced, I just wanted the body sucked out so that it wouldn't look as terrible and my door could open and close properly. They weren't able to do that and the best that they could offer me was $1500. It would look brand new, but I didn't need that so I didn't want to pay that much. I found Hamlet, explained the situation, sent him pics and he quoted me a price LESS THAN A THIRD OF the body shop!! The panels would not be replaced but it wouldn't look nearly as god-awful and he would be able to get my door to function properly. AMAZING! I was so excited! He also advised that I should go get some touch up paint from the car dealer and he would apply that for me. So helpful! Hamlet is such a nice guy and he did GREAT work! My car door opens no problem!! You wouldn't notice I had a massive dent unless you really looked for it. My paint is still scratched but it's a heck of a lot better than it was. My car is fairly old so the touchup paint didn't match as well as it could have. Still, Hamlet did everything he could to make it look better than before and that's exactly what I needed. He also suggested that I get a new turn signal for my side panel and he would install it for me for free as part of his service. Really, Hamlet is SO great! He's one of those guys were you want to be a regular and give him as much repeat service as you can...and then you realize that he fixes car dents and you hope you never need him again All I can do instead is recommend him to anyone and everyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. After notifying several others on Yelp about a dent I had acquired on the top of my trucks hood. Hamlet responded quickly with a great quote based on the photos and videos that I shared with him. We set up a time and he arrived the next day a few minutes early. Extremely warm and friendly, he got right to work. He had a friendly ease about him that I left my truck keys and spare house keys that were attached to my chain in his care while I went upstairs to finish up some work. Something, I would normally never do under any circumstance. Two hours later, he texted me that he was done and the truck looked great! Even the high end big Collision repair businesses said they couldn't fix it due to how it was dented and creased and they would have to replace the whole hood. Hamlet did great job! Hamlet is a true master at what he does and absolute pleasure with whom to interact. His work is impeccable and he is a perfectionist. I had a dent in the upper rear fender of my pristine 911 just above the wheel well from dropping my laptop. It caused a dent with a slight crease. Access was somewhat of a pain because the liners needed to be removed and clearance was tight. He worked his magic - massaging it from underneath and tapping around it using a heat gun when needed. His work van has an incredible amount of unique and interesting tools to handle just about any job. He uses special lighting to detect any imperfections. He is extremely careful and meticulous. He even polished the clear coat around the dent area. The end result was absolute perfection. I couldn't be happier and am so impressed. His skills are a rarity. read more

This is an update for Mobile Dent Medic. I got 3 dings on my BMW, one on the driver's door, one on the rear left passenger, and one near gas tank. Long story short, body shop quoted me nearly $3000 for repair, saying the gas tank ding was a difficult fix. I called Mobile Dent Medic and Hamlet took a look and agreed the gas tank ding was tough but he thought he could fix it. About 90 minutes later, like magic, all three dings were completely gone! Great work and great price ! Hamlet pulled about 10 dings from my car and did a fantastic job. He did not even use glue or drill any holes in the panels. He did it all with hand tools. Hamlet said he used to work at a body shop for a long time and knows his way around panels. I have had my other cars worked on by other people and they drill way too many holes in the doors to gain access or straight up rip your clear coat off with glue.
