I argued my case with them (there is no external sign of damage) but finally said I would just pick up the unit. It does not look like they even opened it up! This morning, August 7 2025 I had the same problem with the phone and assumed it was a defective replacement screen. They had the phone for 2 hours, the store manager Ishmael told me that they would likely cover it and to come back in an hour or so. When I returned, they claimed I had corrosion from water intrusion. The phone has not been submerged in water in the 6 months since they last replaced it. The warranty as per him was now invalid. I paid for a second screen to get my phone clear of this business. Recommend you spread the word or at the very least avoid this business.
