He reassured me that everything was fine. While I was driving the tire made a huge thud noise and it locked up causing my car to come to a complete and sudden stop in the middle of traffic. The car would not move. I then called the shop back explaining what happened and one of the workers told me the owner stepped out but he could give me a tow truck number. I got the car towed to my mechanic and when I called the shop back to express my concern as to why I was told it was ok to drive the owner told me it was not his problem. How is is not his problem when after him destroying my lug nut and strut this happened? On top of the cost of the tow I now have to pay my mechanic. They gave me multiple options for different brands and prices, he installed today a Sunday. Instead of wasting time in a waiting room at a shop. I caught up on paperwork. Not to mention the truck wasn't down during normal working hours. It took about an hour and a half. I wouldn't care if it took four hours. I always have plenty to catch up on at the office. I can't believe no-one has thought of this before now. The only difference between there service and a shop is. I had to pre order a couple days before. They use a mobile install trailer. So it's not a semi full of tires. Although I have had to wait for tires from a shop before they don't always have e-load tires in stock. He pulled in to the parking lot of our shop and did all the work in the trailer. He did ask to plug in to one of our outlets but offered to use his generator if there was no power handy. Awesome!!!!

I have used Riverside Garage for a few things and they have always been fair and honest with me. Most recently I thought I needed new brake pads on my Rav-4, so I dropped it off for the guys to check out. They easily could have told me I needed new pads and sold them to me, I wouldn't know the difference, as I am not a "car person". They told me I still have a ways to go before I need new pads. I really appreciate their honesty. Then they found a nail that had been in my back tire and removed it and plugged it for a very reasonable price!
