I've not been when it's busy. The food is good as well, I like ordering their hot wings over going to Wingstop. The sauce they use is fire and the wings double fried. I also appreciate they hire local teenagers, it's a great place for a first job experience. I will say, I was there one day though and noticed one young lady working the register while a line had formed. She was the only person actually working. She was taking orders and fulfilling them and I was irritated because there were other staff around. 3 at the bar, 2 at the prize desk and I'd seen a couple people come out the kitchen. When someone finally came and opened the second register i definitely said something. The line shouldn't be held up with customers while there are employees hanging out talking all around and one person working. Teens will be teens though if a Manager is not on top of them. But they all were super respectful and kind, good job overall guys!

NO Vegan options!!!…read more I came here for a event for my husband's job like a Sunday fun day. They have beef chicken tacos. The beans had hotdog in there. The rice was probably made with chicken broth. I did not ask. My husband's boss felt bad so he ordered me, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. I did eat the sweet potato fries, but I didn't trust the batter for the onion rings. As many families come in here I would think they would at least have a veggie burger.

The arcade is relatively small, but the bumper car area is quite spacious and doubles as a skating rink after 8 PM until closing, which only allows for about two hours of skating. The pricing is reasonable overall, though the skating entrance fee feels a bit steep. Arcade games are fairly priced, and the bumper car sessions offer good value. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch. I haven't visited with my kids yet, but it looks like we'll be making a trip soon. The real test will be whether they enjoy it. On a positive note, there's plenty of parking available on the side. Since it's only been open for about a week, it's worth giving it some time to develop.

Huge pros and cons…read more Games here are pricey. We're talking about 80 tokens for 20 bucks, where each game is about 8 to 13 tokens, where all the popular ones are on the higher end. They offer a time-play card for cheap, about 10 dollars for 60 minutes, but you can only play about 18 games, and usually the less popular ones. So yes, pricey, but they offer food for cheaper than most places, even than the mall itself. You can get your kid ice cream here for 1 dollar, yes, 1 freaking dollar! That's what sold me. Food is also cheap; we got a large pepperoni pizza, fries, and an unlimited refill drink for 10 bucks. They got alcoholic drinks at a decent price too. And they currently have a collab with anime shows so you can get special drinks and cups, like from the One Piece collectors edition that keeps selling out quick. You can also get specialty food. They also offer bowling and pool so you can spend a whole day here. My son and I spent 2 hours here, and we had a blast. Expensive, yes, but fun nonetheless.

The Klaws are still rigged by a payout system where the claws are loose on purpose and only grabs plushies properly when it gets enough credits. I spoke with a girl who used to work there and she told me the same thing. It's disappointing because this place is obviously meant to draw in kids but parents will definitely waste a lot of money if they take their kids here. The kids will also leave the place sad. All the other negative reviews are spot on. The place should have only negative reviews but apparently the good reviews were only made because they used to give free tokens to people who gave 5 star reviews haha. But I digress... I really wanted to like this place but I went here twice, spent $100+ and only won a handful of prizes. I wish I could get that money back but it's whatever. I will not be returning anytime soon unless they change their system.

While there, I observed a couple near the bungalows kissing and groping each other in a children's play area while their kids played nearby. What was most concerning was that staff did not appear to address the situation. I also noticed that many of the employees assigned to the play areas were sitting down and talking among themselves rather than actively monitoring the floor. As a parent, I did not feel comfortable having my children around that type of behavior in a family-oriented environment. Because of this experience, even though we are locals, we have chosen not to continue giving this business our support. I believe closer supervision and more attentive staff presence would help create a safer and more appropriate atmosphere for families. This was our experience and a reply/justification attempt will not change it.
