Patriot Petro is my go-to station for gas. Why? The price for regular is cheapest around (bring…read morecash!), it's a full-serve station, and I live and work less than 5 minutes away. They take credit/debit, but the price per gallon is 7 cents more. Technically, they can do this because it's advertised as a 7-cent-per-gallon discount if you pay cash. What I don't like about this gas station is its layout and tendency to get jammed up during rush hour. It's located right off Route 9 West and sometimes the line extends into the shoulder. If you approach the station from Cedar St, there's a weird turn-off that you need to take which is also the on-ramp for Rt 9 ... confusing if someone's not familiar with the roads. Overall, Patriot works for me. 3 stars for an A-OK, but I'm not in love or anything!

Then my turn I pull up to the pump 8 to go and pay cash gave them my cash and card then they sent out my cash back telling me to go to another pump. They shut 8 down! FRUSTRATING AS IT IS TO GO AND WAIT AN ADDITION 15 or more minutes is redundant! I drove off! I feel the Stoughton BJ IS CHEAPER AND TGE CASHIER SO MUCH MORE PLEASANT! To note, BJ IN stoughton always gives me a receipt with my gas purchase YET IN ALL THE TIMES HERE GIVING CASH, not once ever did I ever get a cash receipt! That's always been a red flag to me!!!! BJ GAS SUPERVISORS NEED TO ADDRESS THAT EACH CUSTOMER SHOULD RECEIVE A CASH RECEIPT WHEN DOING A TRANSACTION - who knows if they actually puts that cash in the register! I have seen two in the booth one is playing on the phone oblivious to what's going on! Totally unacceptable and the Value here is higher than Stoughton and there are always grid lock at many times! Hire a detail to keep traffic going safely! Many customers I have talked to are also Frustrated! Poor Service, Poor Location exit/entrance, Poor customer service never giving receipts! Poor lack of customer communication!

I added a photo when I checked in to show the price. But now I don't see it! Premium was $4.30 something. So between $4.30 and $4.39 somewhere, which is so much better than $4.89! I definitely saved a few bucks here.

There always seems to be spots available for filling up your tank and the pumps even have a lever, so you can go hands-free while you wait for your tank to fill up. There's also a little screen that plays weather, news etc. while you wait. The station is getting renovated and it will soon feature a small shop for coffee, baked goods and deli meats! Looking forward to that happening.
