The store would be better if the Dunkin Donuts had a drive thru inside, but you can't always get everything you want, and it is a plus that it is even there (got to look at the bright side sometimes!). The store inside carries all the normal convenience stuff, candy, frozen drinks and snacks, chips, ice, fire logs, and some home basics. The people working are always friendly, and the prices for gas are always pretty good too. Not the best in Norwood, but since this side of town doesn't have really any competition, it's your best bet without driving into Walpole or through South Norwood (where there are a whole bunch of no-name, gross, little gas stations...). There is also a vacuum on the far side of the building, if you need to vacuum your car. Pretty standard gas station, nothing all that fabulous; but also nothing bad. It's located on Route 1A in Norwood south of the Wilson Street intersection, next to Rite Aid. One of the better of the many gas stations in Norwood. 4 stars.

They have 12 self-serve pumps with long hoses so that customers may use either side. There is a one-way entrance on Rt. 1 South. They have the cheapest gas around with cash purchases being less than credit and if you get a car wash during the same visit, the gas is even less expensive. There is an attendant at the booth who can make change. Bills can be inserted at the pumps and they have their own rewards program for additional savings on gas. I always plan to get gas here when I am nearby.

This is closest Shell station to my house, and sits on Pleasant Street in Norwood. It's gotten marginally busier ever since the Mobil closed up shop on Nahatan Street, but still is barely ever busy. It actually is located in what I consider the middle of nowhere. It's not visible from the main streets and would do much better if located on Nahatan instead. Then again, lucky for me, it's like my own gas station almost every time. The employees are always friendly, kind and helpful, and they even provide full serve here! Yes, you can do self if you like, but if you use the far two pumps, those are full serve. Very infrequent to find cheap full serve gas stations around these days..... I wish any of the towns around would add a new "Full Serve Law" like in many other places have out west. Overall, I really like this gas station and try to use my Stop&Shop points here the most.... they are much better than the "average" Shell station in Walpole. 5 stars for this Shell!

You'll have to go around the intersection and it's just a long and a mess. But, if you are driving on Dean Street or on Route 1 Southbound, it's a perfect stop to FILL UP! Normally, it's one of the cheaper gas stations on Route 1, and if you don't choose to come here the next gas station is all the way up by Big Y in Walpole (at least 3 miles up the road)... so my suggestion is to stop here! The convenience store is also useful. Sure it's not the biggest by any means (actually, it's one of the smallest convenience stores ever!), but it has a good stock and every square foot is used to the max! Pumps are frequently closed or various octanes unavailable (no idea why or how you run out of gas these day). Prices, formerly some of the lowest around, are now the highest. Crowded to the point of lines in the morning at times, and no lock on the nozzle handles (have to hold it open), make this station one of my least favorite. I happily drive down 109 a bit into Medfield and fill up at the Irvine on 27.

I just cannot stand a dirty car whatsoever, so I regularly stop here (if I cannot make it to the place with the free vacuums in Canton). Gas prices aren't always the lowest, and they cannot decide who they are! It was Citgo, but then all of the signs for that were removed and new ones weren't ever added. What company is even running this station anymore! The mart inside is alright, but since they close so early on Sundays (like 5pm), and regularly close at 9pm (I believe...), it's not all that convenient. Has the basics and doesn't have the worst prices, so I probably shouldn't be complaining. There is a Dunkin' inside the station, that could be useful, but the service is so terrible there that in fact, that too is nothing useful. The guy or lady (it's always the same two people) who work here are friendly and do a good job with the auto repair portion of the store. Hopefully they will update the rest of the lot soon since it looks sort of sketchy. It is the only station within a mile or two radius, so it will stay afloat and could be great. I remembered there was a gas station here, and thought it would be the perfect place to stop and fill up as this Sunoco always has good prices for being on Route 1 (any gas station on any highway is always higher priced than a gas station on a deserted road or town center, for some odd reason). To my surprise, the station was closed for renovation. Now, that day I was disappointed with this station, but now, being brand new and all, it's GREAT! The store is much larger than its previous state and carries cold drinks, sweet candy, and delicious snacks for your busy trip down Route 1. They also have coffee and lots of other perks inside, like an ATM and ice machine. The gas station isn't ever too busy, has lots of space (isn't in a congested spot along the highway) and has very helpful employees inside. They have cool cash register screens as well as an interesting rewards system. The gas station is accessible via Route 1 Southbound, or on Neponset Street, just before the Route 1 interchange. Great gas station choice for the area. 5 stars.

I caught him looking at her and then acting like he wasn't a few times. I didn't say anything but hurried out and left. This isn't the first time I have seen that same senior there but this is the first time I and my child felt very uncomfortable. Other times he was just outside falling asleep and harmless. What gives?????
