The female attendant was very rude and was too busy chatting with a friend to help customers in line. I was up next, just standing there waiting to pay for gas and she was having a personal conversation with a non-customer. When she was done chit-chatting, she didn't even excuse herself or anything. If that wasn't bad enough, the pumps were painfully slow. Most of the pumps were not even being used, so there was no excuse for it. I don't think I'd bother coming back, just to save a cent or two per gallon.

I 100% abide by and understand that an ID is required for alcohol purchase. HOWEVER, to be completely rude, curt, eye rolling, and snide is uncalled for. A simple, "if you bring your ID back you may purchase this," would be suffice. Don't try to look for a reason not to sell me a product, i.e expiration date, etc. This was not great customer service. If you don't like your job, quit.

As luck would have it, I had to be back this way at the end of the week for a wedding in Amherst, so I zoomed in for a re-inspection with one new tire and no window tint (and it was HOT this week!) a few days later and drove away 3 minutes later with a normal sticker. For anyone who may have similar issues this year, remember that these are not their rules, they just enforce them (and the inspection is now monitored on video, so Big Brother RMV can watch). Gas was cheap as well, so I filled up before heading on my way.
