The female attendant was very rude and was too busy chatting with a friend to help customers in line. I was up next, just standing there waiting to pay for gas and she was having a personal conversation with a non-customer. When she was done chit-chatting, she didn't even excuse herself or anything. If that wasn't bad enough, the pumps were painfully slow. Most of the pumps were not even being used, so there was no excuse for it. I don't think I'd bother coming back, just to save a cent or two per gallon.

A simple, "if you bring your ID back you may purchase this," would be suffice. Don't try to look for a reason not to sell me a product, i.e expiration date, etc. This was not great customer service. After spending hours on the shoulder just shy of the Sturbridge exit, my car was towed to a nearby hotel. I told the tow truck driver how much places in the area wanted to charge to repair my car, and he told me about Edward's. He told me to call there and ask for Rodney. He said that Rodney would take care of me...and that Rodney did! I spoke to Rodney about the problem with my car. He said that he would have to see the car to verify the part that needed to be replaced. I asked him if I could send him a picture of the broken part, and he agreed. So I sent him a picture of the broken part. Once he received it, he told me he would order the part and have it waiting for me. He offered to take me back to the hotel while the car was being repaired. Along with that, he said he would pick me up once the repair was completed. The car was towed to his shop, and he quickly started the repair. During the repair, we talked, and he was very supportive, and understanding. The car was completed at a cost I thought was fair. We then talked briefly, shook hands, and I was on my way. Rodney was an awesome person! I would definitely have my vehicle serviced by Edward's again.

A GIGANTIC thank you to the guys who inspected my car on Tuesday September 4th, and while I drove…read moreaway with a big, glaring, bright red rejected sticker (I didn't even realize what was wrong with it and thankfully had an appointment for something else at the dealership the next day) they explained the state's newest rules regarding inspections (thanks, Massachusetts) and why the window tint installed just a year ago was now no longer legal (again, thanks for that, Massachusetts). As luck would have it, I had to be back this way at the end of the week for a wedding in Amherst, so I zoomed in for a re-inspection with one new tire and no window tint (and it was HOT this week!) a few days later and drove away 3 minutes later with a normal sticker. For anyone who may have similar issues this year, remember that these are not their rules, they just enforce them (and the inspection is now monitored on video, so Big Brother RMV can watch). Gas was cheap as well, so I filled up before heading on my way.
