A GIGANTIC thank you to the guys who inspected my car on Tuesday September 4th, and while I drove…read moreaway with a big, glaring, bright red rejected sticker (I didn't even realize what was wrong with it and thankfully had an appointment for something else at the dealership the next day) they explained the state's newest rules regarding inspections (thanks, Massachusetts) and why the window tint installed just a year ago was now no longer legal (again, thanks for that, Massachusetts). As luck would have it, I had to be back this way at the end of the week for a wedding in Amherst, so I zoomed in for a re-inspection with one new tire and no window tint (and it was HOT this week!) a few days later and drove away 3 minutes later with a normal sticker. For anyone who may have similar issues this year, remember that these are not their rules, they just enforce them (and the inspection is now monitored on video, so Big Brother RMV can watch). Gas was cheap as well, so I filled up before heading on my way.

I needed an inspection sticker on my car today, so I came to Jack's. they said to pull up to the…read moredoor, honk the horn, and then I placed my vehicle into park. When it came time to pull up, I was unable to put it into drive (or neutral, or reverse). The guys helped me move the vehicle, and when they checked, it turned out that the cable had rusted through. They were able to rig it for me so I was at least able to drive it until the cable is replaced, and I was also able to get my sticker. I was in the right place at the right time for the cable to finally wear out, that's for sure! Everyone was so nice and extremely fair. I can't say enough good things!

Unpleasant Customer Service Experience…read more The manager here was unprofessional toward me when I approached her about forgetting to get change for a fifty. I forgot I had a fifty in my wallet and thought it a twenty. I had left the change late the night before and went in the next day to ask about it. First, when I asked an employee if I could speak with the manager, he returned from her office with a message that she didn't think it necessary to see me. I did insist and, after a long while, she called me into her office. I asked if there was any way to double check for an overage in the register, and she refused to look into it. I then asked if I could talk to the person working when I left the change, and that request was also refused. All the while, I felt threatened by the manager's very loud tone. At this point I am fairly sure the worker that night pocketed my thirty dollars once realizing I left it without noticing. So, both the manager and at least one worker made this a very unfortunate experience for me.

My coffee was perfect cause I made it and it was fresh. Getting in and out might be a bear as you can't turn left and depending on the time of day and the traffic can be pretty horrible. I was waiting in line and a woman cut in front of me and tossed the girl her money mumbling some bs about not having time to wait. I bit my tongue as I have a company logo on my shirt and don't need the aggravation for something so petty but the gal behind the counter gave me my coffee for free and apologized for the rude broad.
