I went to the web site linked to the business and found it helpful and easy to navigate. I called the business, spoke to Doug , he recommended a tire for my vehicle. The price on the web site about 152.00 for each tire, I then asked for the out the door price and it sky rocketed to 1015.00 That's over 100.00 to mount and balance each tire. I asked him why the price went up so much, he said he did not know who put those prices on the website, and he would make no money at those prices. A very poor answer for an obvious bait and switch operation. If you go to the other big tire shop chain in town, there is clear transparent pricing, showing the price for each step of the purchase, exactly what everything costs, nothing is hidden. I guess that on the coast you can get away with doing business like that, not so much anywhere else, you would be out of business soon. Caveat Emptor

I can see where the previous owner hit a curb pretty well and took a gouge out of the tire. I ended up needing to buy new tires the next day after buying the car. Not something I expected, typically you budget for that. Anyways, I thought I would have the car serviced there because the selling department and servicing department are two different ones. I needed an oil change & tire rotation. I asked twice if they rotated my tires, they said yes. I got home and I knew for a fact they did not because one of my wheels has a small mark of yellow paint on it. I ended up going to Les Schwab for the rotation (love them). I called them the next day. I inquired if they rotate tires, which he said yes. I informed him that I was in yesterday for service and they did not rotate my tires. He pulled up my account and he said well I won't argue with you but it shows that we did. I explained how I know and he got real quiet and said oh. I let him know that I was not too happy and very apprehensive about my oil change now. He said he would let the manager know. I'm disappointed because I do not trust the Toyota dealership on the coast, as they have done some shady stuff to my other vehicle for oil changes so I go to the valley. Well, now it looks like I will need to go to the valley for my car's maintenance.

I love calling and getting her on the phone just to talk to her because she's so sweet. Ken who works in sales is one of the most helpful people ever. After I bought the car and I didn't have the pleasure of buying it from him which I would have if I had known, but after I did, he took time to help me with the snow mode and what to do in case there is snow on the road because I have not driven in snow before. He is such a nice person. He took time to send me a video clip and full explanation of how to use the snow mode on the car. If I left someone out, I apologize everybody even the guy that washes the cars is fantastic too. Every time I go here I'm happy and I'll be going here tomorrow to get an old-fashioned CD player put into my vehicle so I can listen to my old-fashioned CDs. I felt I needed to leave this review because ever since I started going there I had always loved this dealership and I found it about three years ago luckily. Most everyone will treat you well here! We had to go inside to get change because the machine only took quarters. They have a nice convenience store with a large variety of snacks and beverages. The pumps were in working order and our credit card machine printed a receipt. We were able to get $1off/gallon of gas by using our Chevron Rewards phone number. You can also use Safeway Rewards at Chevron. Would recommend.

You do need to vacuum the interior yourself, but they have $1 vacuums on-site, which makes it quick and affordable to finish up. She had offered me a car wash and at the time I didn't realize how hard it was to find good places to get my car washed. I was tired that day so I thought no I'll come back another time. I really wish I had gotten it done at that point because then I would've had somewhere to go for the last couple of years. I have literally had nowhere to go and not known where to go. It is not like a city here where I'm from this is a really small rural community and there are not many places to go, like practically none!! I was lucky to get a hold of the owner because I had gone to the small car wash next-door however I would not really recommend them they were very rude they didn't want to give me any information on her even though they were renting a space to her for years. I told them hey I can come here too and get my car washed. I'm just trying to find her because I've had a hard time trying to find her and she details the inside as well.The number I had really didn't work. I'm going to make sure that I leave that number here for people who want to contact her. So long story short, I wrote her number down that was on the board outside of the little office that she rents where she also washes and details cars and called her up and said hey, "I know you probably don't remember me but I am really looking for a good person to wash my car inside and out and the place next-door will wash the outside and then there are those places where you drive up and do the whole thing yourself in the rain and the cold but I'm not interested in that", she said, " no problem I can do your whole car for $25.". I was so excited to finally find somewhere to get my car washed. For the last 2 1/2 years I've washed my car maybe three times doing it myself at my home with a shop vac and it just is not the same as when someone else does it and it's really exhausting at 59 years old. So I was so happy to find Michelle. When I drove up a few days later she was delightful to deal with. Her personality is so sweet and she said it'll be about an hour and a half go walk up to Fred Meyer's and have a coffee at the Starbucks and when you get back your car will be done. Sure enough the car was done it looked great and I can't recommend Michelle highly enough! But I do want to leave the proper phone number on here because I believe that the number that's posted on Yelp is not the right number! Here is the correct number for this car wash, (541) 961-7833. This is the number you want to text or call but she says it's best to text so text this number and ask her when she can detail your car for you. A little heads up she may be moving to a different location soon so it's good to get in touch with her while she's still around but this number should be good I hope for a while.
