I stopped in on Sunday morning for a few things…read more I couldn't reach something on a shelf, so I looked for someone who was putting out stock nearby, and he was so polite and helpful. After getting the item off the shelf for me, he asked if there was anything else I needed. I did self checkout and when I was finished, I realized one of the items didn't ring up at the price I thought. I went up to customer service to inquire, and the woman walked over to check the shelf price with me. It was my fault - I picked up an item that was not included in the sale. So I asked if I could switch my item, and she said of course. She walked me back to customer service, did the two price adjustments, all with a smile! I apologized since it was my fault, and she said it was fine - and she even thanked me! The fact that all employees and customers were wearing masks just made the shopping experience even better!
