Many months later, I received a letter from BMW that a particular component was now under warranty, which was the first service that Brums had repaired. Sean from Brums was so patient, and helped with multiple requests from BMW to have the repair retroactively covered. This was months after the fact, and I'm not sure many repair shops would have taken so much time to help. If my car needs service, this is where it will continue to go!

We agreed to a fair price considering the low mileage and great condition of the vehicle. He stated the car is solid and would stand behind the sale. Six months later the car runs great and only service needed so far was oil change. Buying a used car can be a big risk however this experience was great. I got a reliable car for a fair price and will definitely return to 508 Sport & Luxury when it is time for another used car purchase.

I talked to the owner, Kevin, before bringing it in. I decided to give them a chance. The tow truck arrived to pick it up, and the driver said, "those guys are the best!" He was correct. James and Kevin spent many, many hours with the diagnosis, communicating with me all the while. They did discover the problem and called me immediately. I was sort of terrified of what all their work would cost, but they worked with us, and we couldn't be more thrilled.

It's an old 2000 jeep with 233000 miles. He came back and bled out the coolant system that was empty, replaced a valve cover. Then worked on the steering system and said it had to be aligned. When I got it all fixed my mechanic showed me so many fried wires. Which made me so angry. I also had to replace the alternator the radiator the driver side control arm and so much more. I've put about $7k into the car all together which defeated the purposes of buying a used car when I ended up paying new car amount. Buyer beware and stay clear of this place.
