This time however was different. I waited over half an hour and the guy pulls me into the garage to show me that my vehicle is not found. I thought this was weird because I just renewed my registration in January so I tried calling to RMV and the wait time was well over an hour. Instead I went to the RMV website and looked up my registration status. Sure enough it was active and all my info was correct. I called Bliss to let them know that my car is registered and there must have been something wrong on their end. He tells me that he will try it one more time but will not waste his time on my vehicle all day because I'm the one with the problem not them. So I told him if I am wasting his time then I would like my money back and I can try somewhere else. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was doing me a favor by allowing me to go back for free after this problem was sorted out (which is not the case because I paid for an inspections ticker and have yet to receive one) and that he's gonna be real nice to me by allowing me to get my money back and go elsewhere because my vehicle was wasting his time. Staff is incredibly rude and take forever only to do a mediocre job or not complete the job at all. Do not go here if you can avoid it. Never going back to Bliss Express.

Today was totally different from the usual service I receive. I arrived at 2:20pm for an inspection. As I was walking towards the door, one of the staff members asked me if I was with the guy he was helping in front of me. I said no, and he asked if I was here for an inspection and I said yes. He then sighed and said "I'm gonna be here all night." The sign posted said they do inspections until 4 or 4:30pm, so I was well within an appropriate time frame. I shrugged it off and he said "you can go wait in your car, it's gonna be a while." I waited in my car for all of 15 minutes max (not long at all) before he came up to my window to get my car and bring it back. I rolled down the window and turned to my passenger seat to get my registration that I had placed there and he said, "Sometime this year." I quickly passed it to him and got out of the car. As I was walking towards the building to wait in the shade he called out, "I should've been home an hour ago, I should've been cooking by now." The inspection was completed in a timely manner and I followed him inside to pay. I walked over to the card reader on the table with my card in hand and stepped over to the side. He stood across from me staring for at least 5 seconds before he said, "are you ready?" I responded with, "yes..? I'm waiting for you." There had been nothing programmed on the card reader yet so what was I supposed to do? Overall it was just a very strange interaction that left me feeling like I was burdening him. I have worked with the public for 10 years now and could never imagine speaking to a customer that way, I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Unfortunately will not be continuing my business with them.

I was highly…read moredisappointed by the lady that was at the register this evening telling me they were closed when it wasn't even 12 yet. I called, a guy answered and stated that they close the doors 5 minutes before the actual closing time. I have also walked through those doors almost hitting 12 before and never had an issue. Like really it's midnight it takes a customer 1-2 minutes to get what they need and check out. I have worked retail and we never would close not a minute sooner than closing time. I live near by, but I'm highly upset by getting there a minute after they close the doors to not be attended. They usually lick one side of the store and leave the other side open. Mind you there was a gentleman fueling his car, he could of paid cash, credit whatever it maybe but they still need to close down the pumps once he's done pumping. While I was leaving another gentleman approached the door and was quite upset as well because it was not 12 yet. Shame on you Cumberland Farms employees, if you can't handle your shift, keep it moving. I wasn't there to but scratch tickets nor cigarettes it was something my household needed in the am. I would like to speak to the management and let them know that if you don't close your doors at 12, then don't POST IT! Waste of my time getting up depending on them.
