The car ended up having a ton of electrical issues , I found out it had 3 different aftermarket auto starters in the car which was wild they told me it was factory when I got the car well that was a lie and someone messed with all the wiring. When I got it all fixed my mechanic showed me so many fried wires. Which made me so angry. I also had to replace the alternator the radiator the driver side control arm and so much more. I've put about $7k into the car all together which defeated the purposes of buying a used car when I ended up paying new car amount. Buyer beware and stay clear of this place.

The shady man doing…read morethe sticker told me that I needed to replace one of my directionally signals and that he could do change the light for $15. A few minutes later he told me he was too busy to do it since he had a line of cars waiting for stickers so I got a safety rejection. Understandable. I went to replace the bulb later on only to discover the entire socket was missing. It's not a piece that just falls out on its own and I'm assuming if I needed the socket replaced he'd have told me that instead of saying it was just the bulb. I ended up having to buy a replacement bulb on Amazon and then went back first thing Monday morning to replace it. Before they even assessed the situation, the same mechanic told me it wouldn't be an easy or cheap job. He tried to tell me that the wiring was burnt out and they needed to check the entire wiring before they could replace the light. I adamantly told him that was BS and made them take a look at my car. The actual mechanic confirmed that I had the correct parts and told me "whoever tried to change your light took out the socket, it's not something that just falls out." When I told him that the light worked the week before and they were the only people to look at it, they were silent. After about 15 minutes of tinkering under my hood they told me I had the wrong part for my car which was a total lie. My dad ended up putting in the light and I passed inspection elsewhere without any issues. These guys are crooks and shady businessmen.

He came over and TRIED to jump my 2016 HONDA CIVIC. Instead, he IMPROPERLY placed the cables and (we saw smoke and more) caused the TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE to short out!!! The cost of this NIGHTMARE was $1,250.00 plus a TOW (over 3 miles), a RENTAL for 4 days for repairs and replacement of a battery. And, by the way, this said "mechanic" was the OWNER!!! Today was totally different from the usual service I receive. I arrived at 2:20pm for an inspection. As I was walking towards the door, one of the staff members asked me if I was with the guy he was helping in front of me. I said no, and he asked if I was here for an inspection and I said yes. He then sighed and said "I'm gonna be here all night." The sign posted said they do inspections until 4 or 4:30pm, so I was well within an appropriate time frame. I shrugged it off and he said "you can go wait in your car, it's gonna be a while." I waited in my car for all of 15 minutes max (not long at all) before he came up to my window to get my car and bring it back. I rolled down the window and turned to my passenger seat to get my registration that I had placed there and he said, "Sometime this year." I quickly passed it to him and got out of the car. As I was walking towards the building to wait in the shade he called out, "I should've been home an hour ago, I should've been cooking by now." The inspection was completed in a timely manner and I followed him inside to pay. I walked over to the card reader on the table with my card in hand and stepped over to the side. He stood across from me staring for at least 5 seconds before he said, "are you ready?" I responded with, "yes..? I'm waiting for you." There had been nothing programmed on the card reader yet so what was I supposed to do? Overall it was just a very strange interaction that left me feeling like I was burdening him. I have worked with the public for 10 years now and could never imagine speaking to a customer that way, I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Unfortunately will not be continuing my business with them.

Today was the last straw when I attempted to purchase a set of tires which I have purchased here in the past to mount on my new wheels, which they have done in the past. (same tires and wheels!) I was informed that the "Tech" stated that they do not do that size tire. Upon contacting Sullivan Tire in Wareham, the tires have been ordered and scheduled to mount and install! That not being enough, the Gal I spoke with took the time to look up and apply a discount incentive! I have found a new home!!!

Retrieve the receipt for the repair that Rick had left in the driver's side visor - NO breakdown of parts replaced and their prices, or the amount for labor, just "parts and labor $375". What good is that? Then I notice my cup holder is open (I keep them closed), my radio station has been changed, my seat position has been adjusted, and MY CAR HAS BEEN DRIVEN 65 MILES! Unbelievable! The next morning my husband calls Rick. Rick says in over 10 years we are the first people to request an "itemized" repair receipt. Really?
