AAA was reluctant to send a truck, fearing that they could get stuck too, but said they would leave it to the discretion of the driver when he arrives. They sent Jamie H., from D.E.A. Automotive, to pull me out. It was kinda like a sitcom episode but his truck got stuck in the snow too and he had to call for backup. Al K., also from D.E.A. Automotive, drove out to the rescue. While we were waiting, Jamie walked out to my vehicle, hand-dug the snow from around my wheels (I have spinal issues), and hand-rocked my SUV while I gunned the wheels. Without Jamie, going above and beyond, I never would have gotten the car out of that snow. Great guy who put in the extra effort ! I can't thank them enough, nor can I recommend them enough !
