Irving is pretty good and is my 2nd choice for gas in the area. The onsite convenience store is named "Red Lantern" and not the typical "Circle K" like most of the Irving's have. I did not go in the store this time but will update here another time. I did notice that this Irving's gas is a few cents more than the other Irving down on Rt 28.

I use to like going to this station, but things have changed. But today, the prices on the pump clearly showed regular at 3.25.9 per gallon. When I looked at the display on the pump, it showed 3.29.9 per gallon. I went in and they did give me my 35 cents back. But how many customers didn't notice this and paid the extra money. At the end of the day, Irving did quite well. I'm sure they did hundreds, if not thousands of sales. Multiply it by 4 cents a gallon. Hey, as a retiree, it's better in my pocket than theirs. And besides, gasoline on the east coast went down by 4 cents a gallon.

In the process hurt my foot ended up with a swollen toe and the side of my foot bruised. I informed the cashier and he laughed and said yes that happens and went to clean it up but i already had. I informed the company with an email just to let them know about this situation and was informed they would let the district manager know of the situation and would be reached out to. It has now been three weeks and haven't gotten and email or phone call and am very disappointed in this. No apology or anything from the store.

i don't regularly have a significant moment while at haffner's but today i had to write a positive…read morereview. i normally vacuum and car wash but unfortunately while i was cleaning the inside of my car i felt unsafe. a woman in a light brown honda cr-v was staring at me from across the vacuum section, it was nerve wracking and once i reached into my car for my phone after spotting her she sped off. immediately i went inside to report and ryan took the matter seriously. he was also kind which i appreciate immensely and i was able to finish my cleaning before leaving. although i will be hesitant to return due to the scare, i know the staff are wonderful and go above:)
