I informed the company with an email just to let them know about this situation and was informed they would let the district manager know of the situation and would be reached out to. It has now been three weeks and haven't gotten and email or phone call and am very disappointed in this. No apology or anything from the store.

The truth is I hurriedly left the station and discovered the damage less than two minutes later. When I returned, I was humiliated and disregarded. The owner was dismissive, refused to even ask the inspector what happened, and tried to intimidate me into leaving. He even called the police when I insisted on accountability. This treatment felt discriminatory and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, I had seen a similar incident happen to another customer before, which shows this is not an isolated case but a disturbing pattern. Consumers deserve fairness, honesty, and accountability, none of which I received here. I strongly warn others not to go to this location for inspections or any service.

The tech seemed to have a problem connecting the car to the system and told him the machine "wasn't communicating with the car". He also said, "Didn't you notice the check engine light?" Hint: There was never a check engine light. After being unable to say what the problem was besides the system "not communicating" and trying to blame the car, and of course charging for the sticker, my husband had to bring the car to a dealer. The verdict? Car is fine, passed inspection, had to pay another thirty bucks to the dealer. My advice, skip this place. If they can't handle inspection stickers, you don't want them doing anything under your hood.
